it's an education of sorts for the lay person. several possible diagnoses are discussed (he's probably got most or all of them). I'm still not clear on whether he knows he's lying all the time, but i do know that he has carefully arranged to be around enablers. it is imperative to clear the trump cult out of government. it's really dangerous, and so is the president.
