The Constitution says Senate rules are for proceeding not interfering.... Mitch.

Article 1 Section 5

Each house may determine the rules of its PROCEEDINGS, Punish its members for disorderly behavior and with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.

Rules are for Proceeding Mitch not Interference.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it allow one man to prevent the senate from voting .

It is only a senate rule that allows it. Senate rules could be unconstitutional. Maybe the courts should look at senate rules interfering with the nations business.

Does Congress know zero Trump family tax dollars would pay for his wall?

Because they pay zero taxes? I think they do.
