When Trump told Comey "I need loyalty, I expect loyalty", what did he mean?

Did he mean

(A) loyalty to the United States of America, or...

(B) loyalty to Donald Trump.

Gee, that's a toughie, isn't it? Could be a close call. Maybe one of you with a star membership could create a poll.

"Trumpian" would be a useful adjective for having a particularly obnoxious personality flaw, but...

... what specific flaw? There are so many to choose from.

When does Super Thursday begin? When is the kickoff? Will there be a half-time show?

Also, which channels will be covering it?

The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street

CNN is reporting "Stampede in Turin as fans watch soccer game; 1,000-plus injuries"

-------------------------------------------
It was not known what caused the stampede.
Monica Viscovo, press officer of the Turin (in Northern Italy) state police, said some eyewitnesses reported an explosion. There was also speculation of a fireworks explosion or a firecracker.
-------------------------------------------

The following is pure speculation: Maybe the panic was triggered by some relatively harmless event that would ordinarily have had little consequence, but the recent terrorist attack in the UK caused an atmosphere of fear that was enough to push the crowd over the edge. If so, it reminds me of the classic Twilight Zone episode titled The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street.

"The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices – to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill – and suspicion can destroy – and a thoughtless frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own – for the children – and the children yet unborn. And the pity of it is – that these things cannot be confined – to the Twilight Zone." -- Rod Serling

The problem is simple: Money equals Power.

It all boils down to that.

It makes sense for money to provide luxury, security, and fame, but the problems we see today can be traced directly to our government allowing money to buy power. It doesn't have to be that way.

Yet another example of twisted Republican logic:

This is about "ringless voice mail messages", and efforts to allow blocking them.

----------------------------

Slate noted that the Republican National Committee is among the larger entities pushing the FCC to allow companies to send voicemails directly into phone. To block such messages, the RNC has argued, may interfere with political organizations’ right to free speech.

----------------------------

So in their world, freedom of speech means freedom to force people to listen to you.

Trump needs ideas! Let's help him think of excuses to block Comey.

Post your suggestions here, and if we get enough we can put the best ones together in a "Trump's Top Ten Reasons" list.

And now for something completely different! How Does A Narcissist Think?

Let's forget all about politics and the president for a few minutes and instead check out this interesting article about the psychology of narcissism and a list of nine traits seen in this dangerous and harmful personality disorder:
