Make-up artist who sued Donald Trump in 1997 harassment case says ‘p---y’ grabbing is ‘exactly what

he did to me’
BY DENIS SLATTERY NEW YORK DAILY NEWS

Donald Trump’s disgusting and obscene boasting about groping women unearthed Friday eerily mirrors accusations from a 1997 lawsuit filed against the misogynistic mogul.

Harth sued Trump in 1997, claiming the bawdy businessman sexually harassed her for years and attempted to rape her at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.

A Donald Trump presidency would bring shame on this country

A Donald Trump presidency would bring shame on this country
At long last, have we no decency?
Updated by Ezra Klein @ezraklein Oct 7, 2016, 6:56p

This isn’t about fitness for the presidency. This is about basic human decency.

As Emily Crockett writes, Donald Trump’s leaked 2005 conversation with Access Hollywood’s Bill Bush isn’t merely lewd or colorful. It is an explicit description of sexual assault, and of Trump’s comfort with using his power to take what he wants, and to harm others.

“When you’re a star,” he says, “they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.”

This isn’t an observation so much as a threat.

Trump told us who he was, showed us who he was, again and again. The test here is not of his decency, but of our own.

The Christian right must renounce Trump or renounce its self-respect

The Christian right must renounce Trump or renounce its self-respect
By Stephen Stromberg October 7 at 5:38 PM

Starting with Jerry Falwell Jr., large elements of the Christian right have rallied behind Donald Trump. Falwell and the rest of them — along with Mike Pence, who insists he is “a Christian, a conservative and a Republican, in that order,” and any GOP member of Congress, current or past, who insisted that a man of former president Bill Clinton’s character did not belong in the White House — have to ask themselves if they want to emerge from this election cycle with any self-respect.

Do Christian leaders and voters who claim to prioritize morality and character care about partisanship, identity — or actual principles? Now more than ever, it seems that question will be on the ballot in November. In fact, it is in front of them now. It is long past time for anyone who has ever had a sanctimonious moment — let alone those who have built careers on self-righteousness — to renounce the disgusting personality an astonishing number of Americans have embraced.

Trump's "Grab Them by the Pu**y" Recording is the End of His Sordid, Disgusting Campaign

Trump's "Grab Them by the Pu**y" Recording is the End of His Sordid, Disgusting Campaign
This is it ladies and gentlemen. Donald Trump's campaign for president is officially over.
BEN COHEN 13 HOURS AGO

This, ladies and gentlemen, is how a presidential campaign implodes and dies. With the release of an audio recording from 2005 that features Donald Trump making repulsive comments about women, the Republican nominee for president can kiss his hopes of moving into the White House at the beginning of next year.

Not only are Trump's remarks deeply, deeply offensive, but they also reveal his predatorial and potential violent behavior towards women. To be very clear here, Donald Trump is casually talking about sexually assaulting women.

It is hard to find the word to express just how despicable this new recording is, but thankfully it ultimately means that Trump now has virtually no chance of winning in November.

Goodbye and good riddance Donald, you utter, utter asshole.

Trump’s Latest Comments About Women Are Rape Culture In A Nutshell

Trump’s Latest Comments About Women Are Rape Culture In A Nutshell
“Grab them by the p***y. You can do anything.”
10/07/2016 07:45 pm ET Emma Gray Executive Women’s Editor, The Huffington Post

Americans are well aware that Trump has a history of misogyny, ranging from attacking the appearances of women he dislikes, to shaming a woman breastfeeding, to fat-shaming a beauty queen, to sexually harassing women who worked on “The Apprentice,” to rating women on a numerical scale.

In Trump’s world, women are objects ― objects that only hold a value based on how physically attractive he personally finds them to be. And if women are objects, rather than whole human beings, it follows that Trump must deserve them. Women are things. And when he wants them, he wants them.

As he says to Bush: “Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.”

This is what rape culture looks like.

Donald Trump audio leak dominates the news... except on Fox News

Donald Trump audio leak dominates the news... except on Fox News
BY JASON ABBRUZZESE

Leaked audio of a lewd conversation between Donald Trump and Today Show host Billy Bush dominated the media's attention on Friday afternoon.

Except for Fox News.

The right-leaning cable news channel only briefly touched on the audio, which caught Trump talking about trying to have sex with a married woman.

Reid to GOP: Drop 'sociopath' Trump

Reid to GOP: Drop 'sociopath' Trump
By Jordain Carney October 07, 2016, 09:19 pm

Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) pleaded with Republicans on Friday night to drop their support of Donald Trump, arguing the future of the country and their party depend on it.

“For the good of the country, I hope that my Republican colleagues do not try to circle the wagons around a man who brags about sexually assaulting women," Reid said in a statement. "In the name of decency, Republicans should admit that this deviant — this sociopath — cannot be president."

He added that "never in history has a party nominated someone more unfit to be president.
