I would just like to use this analogy, A Time to Kill!

A black kid got killed by a trigger hungry cop in Ferguson. I do not want to belabor the issue but my goodness, is no one accountable for this horrerndous miscarriage of justice? How does a country that proclaims itself a super power allows this kind of injustice to go unpunished. This shit only happens in a country where the politicians are bought!

As a mother, I would want justice for my son, he was not at the wrong place, he was just there and a frigging cop shot him whilst he was not armed, how is this cop not responsible.

I will keep posting this message until I get an answer, my boy was not in the wrong frigging place! The cop was trigger hungry!

This Decision by the Grand Jury is

beyond my imagination! I really do not know how to frame this altercation except that it is a retaliation for President Obama to win the Presidency and then the hatred escalated.

This is so sad, the Grand Jury let this murderer go, must be time to kill black unarmred American kids for no reason. Sorry, am not thinking straight right now am really shocked that a killer gets freedom. I am wondering how could the killer live with himself! They did, just history repeating itself, sad and it sucks now!

This is what I do not understand, how could the Rethugs

get elected again? What is wrong with some Americans? Did Democrats not vote? Now the President cannot get anything done unless it is by Executive Order.

I really wish the President could tell the rethugs to piss off and sign as much policies by Executive Order and piss them off more and they cannot impeach him, bunch a idiots.

This President tried to work with the assholes but man, they did not want to work with him. You know whom am angry with, the Democrats who voted with the republicans even on health care because of their constituents and the need to keep their jobs!

That is all I have to say, looked at the polls earlier and am pissed that the rethugs are leading in the Senate vote. One party is for the people and the other one says: pull yourself up with your boothstrap. Who votes for this kind of thinking?

My first time at the Gay Parade!

I wanted to go last year but because of feet problems I could not go but always wanted to. So I got together a few co-workers and we went, it was the best parade ever, but wait for it, my two daughters were also in the parade called Carnival Sensations and their group wrap up the parade. I cannot tell you how proud I was to be there to support the cause, even though Canada is not anti-gay, but to see my Caribbean people parading for a cause close to all our hearts. Walls are breaking down!

Any idea how the Republicans will react now that President Obama may go

ahead with an Executive Order regarding Immigration Reform? He is still hoping that the Republicans Boehner (sp.) and the Tea Party will come around! President Obama is still hoping that the Republicans can work with him on this reform. Frankly, to me, they will block everything he wants.

Ouch ... Boehner came up as Boner for Spelling!

We come on here, we agree and sometimes we disagree but all in all DU is my favourite site.

And I have to tell you all it is World Cup and am backing Brazil.

Sometimes, I think the dislike towards President Obama is overreaching but I understand, we vote people in who protect our interests. Here in Canada, we have this asshole Harper, and we have to live with him being our PM, if he could, he would get rid of unions. He reminds me of Reagan and I have no idea why this fool got elected for a second term. And unlike the US, Harper can be re-elected again!
