The Promise

According to multiple sources, SC Justice Kennedy and Trump cut a deal designed for Trump to protect Kennedy's son, Justin, if he resigned.
As an employee of the Deutsche Bank Justin Kennedy loaned $1 billion to Trump and is likely to face an investigation. For this protection,
Trump required Kennedy's "support" of Brett Kavanaugh nomination to replace Kennedy on the court.

No wonder Kavacow is pissed.

We should be too.

The JUSTICE Department and FBI should investigate this unholy deal and act accordingly.

SENATE REPUBLICANS TO FINISH WHAT

Brett Kavanaugh couldn't.

The Republican Senators are try to schedule to publicly televised rape of Ford.

Clearly the Grassley & Hatch are on a steady diet of Viagra which would explain why
they are so eager to burn this witch at the stake.

The temerity! The nerve!

That this woman, (like Hill and Ford), would make such a bold accusation is an affront to all those men, (like us) that have
gotten away with the rape of women throughout history, is unacceptable.

Forget that the number one cause of death and abuse for women is entitled men like Kavanaugh and Trump. These Senators do not
want the unwritten right to treat women as chattel to be challenged on their watch.

Ford has already proved beyond a shadow-of-a-doubt that Kavanaugh had attacked her.

Kavanaugh, admittedly caught in an untenable situation, dug this hole himself by his prior rulings, statements, denials and obfuscations.

But this guy, Kavanaugh, is so bright he's become too stupid to be a jurist on ANY court because his entitled life never taught him the first rule of holes.

Who was the guy

that sat in the front row of Kavanaugh's first bullshit session with the Senate Judicial Committee? (He appears on tape while Kavanaugh while was being sworn in).

The "gentleman" in question sat to Kavanaugh's left and was sitting at the end of his chair while clearly eyeing Kavanaugh like a puppy that has to pee.

He appeared to be restless or concerned for Kavanaugh to the point where he seemed to wanted jump up and go to Kavanaugh.

Additionally, not only did he seemed to be an acolyte, in every sense of the word, and someone a couple of sandwiches short
of a picnic.

I would like to run his name through the Federal Criminal database. Not that I could, but someone might.

Kavanaugh records being illegally suppressed

The partisan nature of what documents should be presented the Democratic Senators is appalling and smacks of a fixed process with a predetermined outcome. Was the process "fixed"?

When the National Archives claimed they need a sufficient amount of time to provide the requested documents to the Senate Judicial Committee, the "Rule of Law Committee" which they estimated to be some time in October. However, the Republicans, marching in lock step, were determined not to wait for the documents from the National Archives. Instead "the rule of law" Republican members, decided move forward, arbitrarily, absent concurrence from the Democratic members. In fact, Mr. Grassley stated that Mr. Leahy had provided "consent"
when further committee discussion established the complete partisanship in this process.

The meeting of Paul Ryan and others of the Republican leadership, determined the next focus of their fellow Republicans is that Mr. Kavanaugh be confirmed post-haste, before the mid-term election. Only then can the termination of Jeff Sessions can occur.

Mr. Cornyn stated, quoting from the Wall Street Journal, that Ms. Kagans document production from the National Archives were supervised by Bruce Lindsey, appointed by Mr. Clinton. Working with the National Archives Mr. Lindsey provided some 90% + of available documentation to the connittee. Whereas Mr. Cornyn attempts to conflate Mr. Burke sole authority to rule on which documents are ""committee confidential" absent the review or a bipartisan concurrence has only produced 10% of available documentation to the committee.

To make matters worse, Mr. Hatch, regarding this selection process for Mr. Kavanaugh, on day one, made his the position and by default his fellow Republicans on the committee absolutely clear, Mr. Kavanaugh should not be concerned as "You," (Mr. Kavanaugh) "will be confirmed".

No jurist that has determined how they will decide prior to proceeding should be allowed to participate in the process.

About Cartaphilus

Firm believer that all corporations are as open to the same extent that corporations demand of the government. Then they must be allowed to exist when they, corporations, agree, in writing, that they are not living entities entitled to the same rights as Homo Sapiens. Equally as important is corporations, at no time and under no circumstance, are allowed to endanger the citizens nor the commons citizens inhabit. Any attempt, covert or otherwise to affect these rules by any means will be grounds for the immediate disillusion of said corporation(s) with all assets becoming the property of the commons. Lastly, when it is established, any and all elected or appointed officials that violate their sworn Oath of Office, they be removed and prosecuted for their violation(s) to the full extent of the law. Anything less is violates the Rule of Law of which is the foundation of our nation.
