Trashing someone who died last August is insane.

You need proof? That's it. Especially someone well known and respected. That is 7 months ago. What is matter with this person? He is nuts. This is way beyond any thing a "normal person" would do.

Why Working with Mueller is Terrifying: (first 40 seconds) Mueller's former boss: Bill Weld

Why Working with Mueller is Terrifying: Bill Weld, Mueller's former boss (first 40 seconds only)
Weld was the former Massachusetts governor.

Weld says, "He is so well informed and thorough, that you hesitate to make any comments."

my comment: That one word, "thorough is the key. Weld himself was a lawyer and investigator, as the introduction describes. That means, in my opinion, that Mueller will get Trump. He will find so much that the whole gang will go down.

We think that, "He cannot say anything stupider", then he says something, "stupider"

It is obvious that Trump doesn't check his statements out ahead of time. He says one stupid thing after another. We think it can't get any worse, and it gets worse. The one thing that is so clear to everyone. Mr. Trump cannot shut up when he needs to shut up. More is coming. How do I know? Read the headline at the top of this post.

About going to meetings...one idea only..."Don't Give Up" That is it, and that is the secret.

..People go to meetings, and don't like them. So they give up. Ok..But they come back. That is what happened to me. Yes, I went to a meeting and didn't like it. Too much God talk, too much holding hands and a prayer at the end..So, I decided this wasn't for me. It was Overeaters Anonymous..and I didn't need them cause I was going to loose and control the weight and my eating on my own...So I did...Summer 1979
..That summer I lost and kept off about 20 pounds..and kept it off for a while. I was exercising and thinking I got that licked. That was what I was thinking. So, I had the summer off, (taught high school) and when school started in September, I was fit and trim. But the pressure built again, (as it always did) and I gained back the 20 plus another 25. So by the next summer, in June, I decided to give OA another try. Went to a different meeting, a little closer to where I lived. I weighed about 215 pounds. It was June 1980. I felt more comfortable for some reason, and a few days later, I got a call asking if I had a any questions. I said no, and ..........................
.......I kept coming back, and back..and back..So in a couple of years, I lost about 55 to 60 pounds, and kept it off for 37 years. I have been at or close to a normal weight since 1982...(about 160 pounds)
...In 2006, I had another case of depression. On and off, and on and off...depression etc, etc...I was taking an anti anxiety medicine that was related to valium. (clonopin) It wasn't valium but it was a "benzo"...I had read that the benzos increase depression and in some cases cause it. Yes, it calmed me down, and I kept the weight off, but I was in a daze..So, after reading about it, and talking to people..I started going to AA in June 2006..Keep in mind, I had been going to OA for over 25 year at that point, so I knew the 12 steps, but AA was different.
...On October 31, 2006 I went off the benzos for good. Withdrawal was terrible, and I did not go into rehab. But I made it and have been going to AA since 2006, and often I also go to OA. What is the point?..These meetings saved my life. Not only the help and kindness of the people, but following the steps and some of the sayings.."One Day at a Time" "Keep it Simple" "This too shall pass" and so on.

Don't give up. Keep going to this meeting or that meeting. Find people you feel comfortable with. Some meetings are more comfortable than others. Also, some people like more structure, so some are more structured than others. It is up to the meeting goer, to discover what works best for him or her. Just don't give up. I weigh about 160 and haven't had a drink or bezo since October 31, 2006. The program saved my life. Yes, there is more, but that is enough for today. Yes, I have been here and over there. After 2 or three years in OA, I threw away the scale and haven't owned one since 1984. I know approximately what I weigh, and again OA and AA saved my life.
...Thanks for reading this,..and please, give another meeting a try. OK?...........Stuart G.

Trump's behavior today, shows why we need Biden as President.

We need an experienced, respectful person who has seen it all. What a contrast between Biden and Trump. He would know how to act with today's events. My guess is all of the candidates would know, but Biden's instinct and experience creates a feeling of confidence in him. In the worst of times, Biden would know what to do. That is why I favor him as the next President of the United States.

Trump's "Jexodus' Movement" tweet this morning shows he is insensitive & insane, needs to be removed.

He must have been told that there was a horrendous event in New Zealand. He tweeted a few words of sympathy and then dived in to this absurd idea..."Jexodus Movement" He couldn't wait a few hours to start his rude meanness self. He couldn't wait a few hours after a call to New Zealand to express the sympathy of all of us, no, he had to start this immediately after being informed of the awful event.
..No leader, anywhere would or could do something that insane. You wait a day or so before you start in with normal politics. That is respectful, decent and sane.
..Trump could not wait. He might have been told to wait, but he couldn't. He defined himself today. A person totally insensitive to events, and cannot wait to express his meanness. He is sick, and he needs to resign.
..It would be like that after a horrendous funeral, you as a leader, a few minutes later, after the funeral, go to a baseball game and scream insults at the team you do not like. It is much worse than that, but you get the idea.

Rachael Maddow's explanation of the airplane crash, may have helped ground the Boeing 737....

There is absolutely no proof of this, but her explanation and kind of prodding of the President and Elaine Chao (Transportation Secretary) may have gotten the U.S. to ground the 737. Why do I say this?

This video at the link below is simple, easy to understand, about 23 minutes, easy to watch, concise and precise. It is the kind of thing that Trump or Elaine Chao could easily watch and come to a conclusion that this plane needs to be grounded. So, I urge you to watch it. You decide whether this may have changed opinions in Washington on grounding this plane. Remember, we were the last to ground these planes. And Trump is a friend of the Boeing CEO. Something intervened to change some minds in Washington on this issue. I am guessing that this 23 minutes of video helped to do so. Someone saw it, and took it to someone else and took it to a decision maker.
...Yes Rachael criticizes Trump, but there is a soft kind of urging him to do something. It is indeed watchable even if you are a Republican Senator or White House Trump assistant....
She urges Elaine Chao to act, but that is not mean or spiteful either. Her analysis of the problem and a solution is outstanding. It is indeed a great piece of reporting, and teaching so everyone understands the problem and the solution. Within 18 hours after this was broadcast, a change was made in the U.S.A. Yes, I admit that I could be totally wrong on this. But maybe, just maybe, this did help to change minds. If it did, then my hat is off to Rachael Maddow...............................

Again, I urge you to watch this, if you haven't. It is 23 minutes. (no commercials at all)
