When we are struggling with difficult problems, here is an idea to keep us going.

.......Just one sentence:..............."If it were easy, it would be easy"..................................

Often we are fooled into believing that this is an ..."easy".. problem to deal with.
............ Lots of reasons for that:

..1 Some are the advertisements that we see.
..2 The gossip that we hear in the media,
..3.Word of mouth from some who have not dealt with the same problem in the same way that we are

..........and so on, and on, and on, and on....and on...and on...and on....

For some of us, the first time swimming is very difficult, and some find it easy...
For some of us, the first time taking a long hike in the forest is difficult, and some find it relaxing
....and invigorating!!
For some of us, when we take a long road trip in a car, it is difficult. Some may find such a trip: fun!!

The list is endless. Especially if it is the first time dealing with something. But sometimes the over all
problem is in itself ...not easy.....Lets take that first one..in a lake with warm water and lots of room...
to swim...Maybe the idea of being in the lake itself is hard for lots of reasons. And learning to swim
is.............NOT EASY ........................................

....Exact same for taking a long hike in the forest...It may look easy, but it isn't..no matter what kind of
"great walking condition you're in, and shoes you may have"

...I guess the solution is.... being very kind to ourselves, and also finding out information about
what problem we are trying to solve.

We can find that information in a library or even on a computer hooked up to the internet.

..Just remember this.....If the problem were easy to solve, ..IT WOULD BE EASY!!!!
...also a side note: It took me many years to figure this out (a whole lifetime)... I thought I knew a lot,
and I was totally wrong (I knew very little about very little).. ...... ....oh well,

....And as we move on in life, we find out that we know very little....And some people ..............
.....................never figure that out at all...................................................

..................................Thank You For Reading This.......................................

Why We Get Addicted to Certain Foods...

....It is not complicated, but rather simple. When we are young, we like certain foods. Some of those foods are very
addictive to some people. Here are the worst three: (but there are many many more):. SUGAR, 2. SALT..3.CANDY...(etc)

Now each of us have our own horrible enemy foods. Many of us have different ones than above..(like PIZZA)

After awhile, we like those foods so much that we want.. more, more more more, and even more,!!!!

We love those enemy foods..and we cannot stop...Now, this isn't booze, and you don't have to be a certain age to
eat those foods. In fact ....sugar cereals ..are one of the prime enemies that get us started. Those cereals are ..."legal for
all ages"......Is that right?.....I started in with something called ......3 Musketeers ...at age 4 or 5....and ..........

NOW....that is NOT A CEREAL......IT IS .....CANDY..(no age limit on candy either, you can start in at age 2).....

Here is the bottom line...We like those foods so much, that we get addicted to those foods..(or our own enemy foods) ..............and this idea is hard to believe...read carefully.............................................

....................THERE ARE ABOUT 100 MILLION FOOD ADDICTS IN THE U.S.A.!!!!.................

..............So, one in 3 of us in the U.S.A. have a food problem of some kind............................
..............(I couldn't believe it when I met my first anorexic person in O.A.)
.................all kinds of eating problems, some kinds you cannot imagine............................................
..............So, keep coming back...it will help you to deal with this addiction...This addiction is manageable,
................but dealing with it is NOT EASY...Why say that????

One reason............Because: IF IT WERE EASY.....IT WOULD BE EASY...AND THIS IS NOT EASY.!!!
.........3 more thoughts: Realizing the above, and going to Overeaters Anonymous saved my life and kept me ...........alive! & I am one of many people who can say that......

Some questions to consider about the ...Worst President of the U.S.A.

1. Could Herbert Hoover have prevented the stock market crash and the following depression?
....Who knew about the consequences of such a crash and banks closing and not having enough
money to cover deposits. Had anyone clearly predicted the crash and what followed?

2. Could James Buchanan prevented the South from succeeding?

3. After Lincoln died, could Johnson and Grant prevented the corruption that eventually
followed the end of the civil war?

4. Could F.D.R. prevented WWII and the attack on Pearl Harbor?
Did he have clear knowledge ahead of time of the upcoming attack on Pearl Harbor?

5. Did any other countries experience the overwhelming terror of the Virus passing around
and killing people? Was knowledge available on how to stop deaths that would come with
the virus?
Who called the virus..."..a hoax"? Had other countries dealt with the virus before
the U.S.A. did? Could people have been warned about the consequences of the virus spreading through
the entire country and hundreds of thousands killed? Who was responsible for a total nation wide warning?
Did that nation wide warning ever happen?. Who gave it and when?

Merrick Garland is Donald Trump's absolute worst nightmare.

.....Garland has incredible experience at going after bad guys of Trump's type. He worked at the Justice
Department in several capacities finding crooks of all types. He had lots of experience in going after and
convicting leaders of groups that conspired to commit varies types of financial crimes....Here is a link
to his background:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Merrick_Garland

....As Attorney General he will convict and prosecute leaders of crime groups. He has already convicted
several of worst crime syndicate leaders, and his experience is incredible. If Donald Trump has
committed financial crimes this is the person who will get him. He is brilliant, honest and cannot be corrupted...Yes, the Supreme Court would have been outstanding, but this job as Attorney General is designed to get those who commit ...."FEDERAL CRIMES"... (like lying on taxes and forms and other such crimes)..

...It has been said in another post that Trump & company removed a lot of papers from Mar A Logo a few days ago. I wonder if ...THE TRUMP COMPANY..plans to....destroy those papers...Now that might be against the law. Is that right?...Oh, Mr. Donald Trump would never destroy important evidence, would he?

...Especially if.................................................................................
.".THE PROSECUTER" is out to get him... ,and it ain't up to us, it will be up to.....
..".THE PROSECUTER."

Perhaps the stupidest of Trump statements, "Vaccine would not exist without me."

...As if he developed the vaccine himself. Now, what does it really do?...That statement draws further
attention on Trump's calling the virus..."A hoax." Did he really say that?..Yes he did, and we all know
he said that very stupid and evil statement.
... Trump wants to always point the light in his direction,
and this time the light will not do him any good.. The light will point to his "hoax" statement that killed
unknown number of people. Some people believed Trump and took no precautions. That is why that
statement killed people. Donald Trump doesn't have a clue. Stupid beyond stupid, and totally self-
absorbed beyond anyone else.

Prediction-"War is Coming To The Republican Party" .Yes, and it will be VERY UGLY..for them!

So, Donald Trump thinks he can rule the ..Republican Party....Does He?......But he was responsible for losing the
election, losing the Senate...and the..... Capital Riot....

So, in a short while..(know I don't know when)..his attempt to...."Rule The Party" will be met with opposition.
This opposition will be very strong, and very powerful. Will it destroy..."The Party"?.....maybe for a while...

But remember the so called ....destruction of our party after McGovern?...It only lasted for a while..
and this will last for ......."a while"...Why? This is a two party country and has been for many years...and
will in the end, be so again.
