Trump gets confronted in deposition on over 30 lies.

Author, journalist Tim O'Brien turned tables on Trump.

Trump had sued (Tim O'Brien) accusing him of being reckless and dishonest in a book that raised questions about Trump’s net worth. The reporter’s attorneys turned the tables and brought Trump
in for a deposition.

For two straight days, they asked Trump question after question that touched on the same theme: Trump’s honesty.

The lawyers confronted the mogul with his past statements — and with his company’s internal documents, which often showed those statements had been incorrect or invented. The lawyers were relentless. Trump, the bigger-than-life mogul, was vulnerable — cornered, out-prepared and under oath.

Here is what is cool about the above story:it shows exactly how Trump thinks and how he creates the basis for his lies, and most importantly that he KNOWS he is lying.

"The guy won't pay and he won't listen" say lawyers who rejected Trump's case.

Four top law firms turned down requests to represent Trump

"But a consistent theme, the sources said, was the concern about whether the president would accept the advice of his lawyers and refrain from public statements and tweets that have consistently undercut his position.

“The concerns were, ‘The guy won’t pay and he won’t listen,’” said one lawyer close to the White House who is familiar with some of the discussions between the firms and the administration, as well as deliberations within the firms themselves."

I don't think it is blackmail. I think it is money, pure and simple. Because of this:

"Jared Kushner’s family needs $250 million to pay off Chinese investors — but US banks wary of lending"

Jared Kushner’s family is seeking a $250 million loan to pay back Chinese investors in a real estate development — but U.S. banks aren’t exactly eager to do business with them.

Kushner Companies have shopping around for a loan against their 50-story Trump Bay Street luxury tower in Jersey City, which they would use to repay investors and pay off a mortgage on the development, reported Bloomberg Politics.

The family would keep $50 million from the loan, sources told the website.

The company owned by Kushner’s family funded about a quarter of the $194 million development through the EB-5 visa program granting green cards to wealthy foreigners in exchange for U.S. investment.

Some large U.S. banks are reluctant to get involved in the transaction due to Kushner’s ties to the White House, and because of the politically fraught visa program, sources said.

The family will keep 50 million of the loan......think about that.

think about Kushner's attempt to milk more money from China by selling visas, which apparently he has done in the past.

Think about the wonder of a building at 666 address dragging Kushner down.

What if Trump is in debt to Russia? if he is indeed selling the WH/country to pay off a Russian debt?

Guess who wants to live tweet during Comey's hearing..... C'mon, you know who.

Washington Post reporter Robert Costa told MSNBC on Tuesday that the president would directly respond to Comey on Twitter as the testimony is underway.

“I was just talking to some White House officials this morning and their view is that the president himself wants to be the messenger, his own warrior, his own lawyer, his own spokesman,” Costa explained. “Some outside people, some surrogates will be available.”

The White House had initially said that it would be setting up a “war room” to deal with Comey’s testimony, but sources this week revealed that officials had failed to follow through with the plan.
