According to various reports by mainstream media organizations like the Wall Street Journal, Politico and Bloomberg, fines upon Wall Street shenanigans are severely down this year, considerably; which means Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders two outspoken critics of Wall Street were correct to be critical of Trump's nomination of Jay Clayton to head the SEC.
As a matter of fact, SEC fines are the lowest they have ever been since 2013 according to Bloomberg.
Now there is evidence that Jay Clayton, as Chairman of the SEC, is guilty of covering up Goldman Sachs & Bain Capital misdeeds

You probably missed the story that, back in March 2017, I sued Trump, Sessions, the SEC, FBI and US Trusee's office, in D.C. District Court, to block the nomination as Commissioner of the SEC.
The reason you didn't hear about it, in the press, is due to the fact that the Clerk of court - illegally - buried my Complaint from being filed., until May 24th; which was 3 weeks after McConnell rushed a cloture vote to confirm Jay Clayton.
Now Mitt & Goldman Sachs are seeing the fruits of Jay Clayton labors.
Repeals of regulations are happening, all over the place and SEC fines are already on the decline.
Despite the corruption that blocked my case filing, the FBI, SEC and DOJ should have launched an investigation into the Mattel/ Learning Company merged/fiasco that caused a $4 billion catastrophic loss and the billions of dollars frauds, resultant of eToys cases.
But they haven't!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a friend of Matt Taibbi. As a matter of fact, he and I have been pissy with each other, since I prompted his "Greed and Debt" story, about Mitt Romney, in 2012.
Though I actually gave Taibbi permission to omit my name, we were expecting him to tell the eToys and Mattel frauds, as part of the "Greed and Debt" story.
After all, "Greed and Debt" was a huge, success, cover story.

There's no opinions needed, nor any discovery. Everything this whisteblower has alleged, is documented by federal records. Such as the fact I stated to Taibbi that former USAG John Ashcroft is credited with remarks about corrupt federal judges in collusion with high ranking members of Justice Department.
At the time of Taibbi's 2012 "Greed and Debt" story, Rolling Stone wouldn't allow Taibbi to comment on Ashcroft's Yuuuge remarks; because it had vanished from the web.

My argument, today, with Matt Taibbi - is that this is a big story; but Rolling Stone appears to be refusing to all Taibbi, to do the story - despite the fact Toys R Us is now, in bankruptcy.
I think that's a travesty of justice and chicken chit journalism.

IMO Goldman Sachs & Bain Capital control a billion dollars worth of annual advertising revenue; and main stream media is afraid it will go bankrupt, if they tell the real and whole Goldman Sachs partnership with Bain Capital, doing bankruptcy racketeering.
After some more discussion with Matt Taibbi, I'm pleased to announce, things are better.
He's going through a rough patch...

State attorneys general are now threatening lawsuits against the federal government's repeal of "net neutrality" rules.
New York's attorney general says he'll lead a multistate lawsuit to stop the Federal Communications Commission's rollback of rules that guaranteed equal access to the internet. Democrat Eric Schneiderman has been investigating fake public comments submitted to the FCC during the net neutrality comment process.
Schneiderman says his analysis shows 2 million comments stole the identities of real Americans, including dead people and children.
