He could justify it by saying the judges are establishing new sentencing norms and he wishes to continue the trend and equalize sentences. (and release Crystal Mason from her 5 year sentence for improper voting)

What I'm really saying....I hope judges are prodded into handing out longer sentences for the insurrectionsts than they are now.
