I had a Mark Ryden s/n lithograph, rolled up inside...

...a plastic bag, which was inside the original shipping tube, sitting in the corner for the last five years.

I finally got it framed.

It is an odd paper size - 39" x 13.5" - so I took it to a local picture framer.

He matted/framed it, with non-reflective museum glass, for a great price.

Now I'm wondering about my choice of bubblegum pink for the matte, maybe I should have gone with a dark matte, like the color in the background of the image.

It's hard to tell, but the frame is a shiny metallic copper color.

Did I pick the wrong matte color?

I was born on January 1st, 1955.

The GREATEST YEAR for POP MUSIC was 1968 (when I was 13yo - do the math).

This "Top 30 Songs of 1968" YouTube video proves it.

There has been no other year like it, IMO.
