A matter of fact demeanor from our poll works is welcomed. Now!
Sad but true. We live in a small town 8,000 total. We have live in the same house since 1980. Voted in the same voting place since 1980. Have the same address and telephone since 1980. Many of the poll workers are folks that we are on a first name basis with. Often we are greeted by "HI my name" and "HI my wife's name". Hi John Hi Sally. For years they would have already located our name BEFORE we finish small talk.
Now of course we have to show our ID etc, etc. Which would be fine IF we weren't smart enough to realize that this is all about VOTER SUPPRESSION. There is no voter fraud as recent news has proven. Trump and Kobach's "voter fraud" committee has already failed and been debunked by the national press.
VOTER SUPPRESSION been the point from the beginning.
Now I carry my ID to get milk and bread.
For generations the USAF has flown missions up and down or eastern coastline to protect....
against attacks from the then Soviet Union. Our government has realized the threat for years . Now for whatever reason we fail to see the serious threat from the continuous cyber attacks from the very same bad actors in Russia.
We realize at least as far back as the 1960 that the government NEEDED to be the protecting force. Not individuals, not states and not private businesses. Now we need the same level of shielding from this more dangerous unseen clandestine attacks or probes from the Russian state.
According multiple sources with knowledge of cyber warfare it is possible for bad players to disrupt our power gird, disrupt out telecommunication systems and disrupt our water supplies. In other words disrupt our entire infrastructure. WITHOUT firing a shot and without the use of conventional weapons.
Why is our government NOT taking this threat seriously and protecting that one bank in Maine and all other institutions within our boarders.
Forget the stupid wall to stop immigrants seeking a better life. Build protection around our entire country from cyber warfare.

The larger question is why hasn't the DNC / DCCC done something aggressively to address the election fraud (NOT VOTER FRAUD) that has been going on in nearly every national and state elections since at least 2004.

I have to wonder if we are not seeing a similar situation that we have recently seen on a smaller scale. The case where Stormy Daniel's original attorney was privately selling her down the road by colluding with Trump's attorney Cohen. Colluding against her all along.
What the hell have the DNC and the DCCC been doing to protect our interests. Colluding for their personal benefits. It seems like for congress members and their decisions it is ME FIRST, PARTY SECOND, never all Americans.

Yesterday I heard a podcast where a former ambassador Michael McFaul said he wished he could tell the American people the whole truth about the Russian intrusion into Americans infrastructure. He was precluded from saying much because of classified national security issues.

Did we not learn that incarceration of a whole class of people will leave a red mark in history.
We as a country incarcerated Japanese families during World War II. The history books will not let us forget that good people looked away and let it happen.
The Nuremberg Trials held the Nazi responsible for inhuman atrocities to an entire class people. The history books will not let us forget that good people looked away and let it happen.

And that his party including Congressional leaders looked away and let it happen. They looked away and lied about the justification for separating families seeking asylum. They lied and blame the entire program of tearing children as young as infants away from their mothers and families on an opposition political party.
History will mark this dark moment. And it will name the those who perpetrated these atrocities.
How are we any different than those in other countries who, in the name of religion, terrorize innocent people.
We are creating a new generation of people who will hate Americans and seek revenge on future generations.

AG Session is an idiot! And if ANYONE should know what his job is as AG it should be the AG.
