If the UK invades the Ecuadoran Embassy in order to capture Assange,

they will be shredding international law and putting all foreign missions in some measure of danger.

Most countries abide by the law that Embassies are off limits. They are considered to be an extension of the countries that they represent. This allows countries to have some official place to conduct business on a lower level. Some problems can be resolved before they ever reach a crisis point. They also provide a place that Americans in a foreign country can get some needed help.

Employees also have immunity. This drives some people crazy. However, this provides a measure of safety to our employees in embassies. They cannot be arrested on some charge and put through the wringer of a completely different legal system. I am beginning to think that it's now a very good protection to have in this country now.

If the UK with the approval if not direction by the US does invade that embassy, there will be not one inch of ground to stand on if our embassies are invaded. It will be a huge hole in the already torn fabric of international cooperation.

The leaders of many countries have lost their minds and broken their moral compasses.

Bill Clinton Meets Bill Clinton: Former President Has Lunch With Ugandan Boy Named After Him

In 1998, then U.S. president Bill Clinton met a baby who was named after him in a village in Uganda.

Now, fourteen years later, the former president was reunited with his "Ugandan son."

According to the Clinton Foundation's website, the baby was named Bill Clinton because he was born in the same month the American head of state first arrived in the African nation.

The Ugandan newspaper the Daily Monitor reports that the two Bill Clintons met in Entebbe, Uganda last Friday. The teen, whose full name is Master Bill Clinton Kaligani, was airlifted to Entebbe and sat down with Clinton for lunch.

This is why Oscar Pistorius competing in the Olympics was worth every step:

You never know who is watching or who you are helping or hurting by your actions.
In fact, you probably will never know everybody you have affected. You can only hope that whatever they saw encouraged them!

The Olympic Creed is translated as 'Faster, Higher, Stronger.'
Another variation is 'Faster, Higher, Braver.' That would do for life as well.

If you thought the Sandusky story was sordid, you ain't seen nothin' yet

because the Feds are turning over this rock again.
Savitz was involved with Sandusky and The Second Mile. He was also a prominent Democratic donor. From what I can tell though, this will be an equal opportunity political scandal. Rendell and Corbett may have covered it up.
Greg Bucceroni is a name being floated as a victim who is talking to the Feds.
Google some of this shite if you want to descend into the lowest rungs of humanity. Apparently, there were many prominent people from all walks of life involved either directly or as someone who covered it up. I don't know who they can catch and what they can prove, but it could be extensive.
I hope they find everyone of these perverts and but them under the jails. I am waiting to see if the investigation gets shut down from above. The MSM has the story now and may have the stones to investigate too.

The Double Life Of Eddie Savitz(4/3/1992)
<snip>
But the 50-year-old Savitz lived a double life, authorities say.

The man whom Segal and other business associates knew as a quietly efficient insurance actuary, also lived the sordid life of a sexual deviate and fetishist who paid teen-age and younger boys for their dirty underwear, used socks and feces, as well as other sexual favors, police say, and is now dying of AIDS.
<snip>
Authorities say that while Savitz had been indulging his weird fantasies for as long as 20 years, using boys whose older brothers had dealt with him, he managed to balance his two seemingly irreconcilable existences.
<snip>
But at lunch time, in the evenings, in the middle of the night, on weekends, according to police and interviews with some of his young clients, Savitz indulged his fetishes behind the door with 10 locks that guarded the fetid precincts of his luxury apartment in the exclusive Wanamaker House on Rittenhouse Square.

The boys who went there told of the stench of human feces and soiled underwear, which Savitz allegedly collected in wholesale lots. The smell invaded the hallway beyond the door and was beginning to alarm other tenants.

Ohio Limits Early Voting Hours In Democratic Counties, Expands In Republican Counties

Ohio has introduced a new tactic in their broader attempts to make it even harder for Democratic voters to get to the polls this year. Early voting stations in Ohio’s heavily Democratic counties will only be open between 8 am and 5 pm, while Republican counties have expanded their hours to allow voting on nights and weekends.

The Forgotten Story of Peter Norman -'I'll stand with you.' (You should know his story!)

Australian sprinter Peter Norman (left) stands on the podium next to Americans Tommie Smith and John Carlos as they raise their gloved fists in an iconic salute during the national anthem to express their opposition to racism in the U.S. (Getty Images)
<snip>
Peter Norman was an Australian sprinter in the 1960s. You probably know that Australia is not a country with a rich history of great male sprinters. Sprinting was not part of the nation’s rabid sports DNA. Norman was preparing to be a butcher, and he discovered his natural speed quite by accident, when he filled in for a no-show in the local club championship. The story was that he ran his first race on borrowed spikes. He kept running, and became a consistent Australian champion at 200 meters.
<snip>
So Carlos and Smith went to Norman and asked him if he believed in human rights. Norman said yes. They asked him if he believed in God. Norman said yes. They told him what they intended to do on the stand and how they were sure that it was the most important thing they would do at the Olympics. Norman said four words that Carlos and Smith would never forget. He said, “I’ll stand with you.”

Carlos and Smith went to the medal podium wearing black socks. They had intended to also wear black gloves, but Carlos had left his pair behind. Norman suggested that one wear a black glove on his right hand, the other on his left. And that’s what they did. The photo of John Carlos and Tommie Smith holding up one black gloved hand has become one of the most iconic in American history, and perhaps THE most iconic in Olympic history. Peter Norman stands to the left, an unclear look on his face. What you cannot see in the photo is that Norman was wearing a badge that read: “Olympic Project For Human Rights,” which he had borrowed from Paul Hoffman, a white member of the U.S. rowing team.
<snip>
But the press was not so accommodating. They tore Norman to shreds. Back home, Norman was banned from track for a couple of years. And even after he returned, though he was by far Australia’s top sprinter and one of the best in the world, they did not send him to the Olympics in Munich four years later.
<snip>
Peter Norman died in 2006. He was 64 years old. This weekend, the BBC showed footage of his funeral. They showed John Carlos and Tommie Smith carrying Peter Norman’s casket.
http://sportsonearthblog.com/2012/08/10/the-forgotten-story-of-peter-norman/

Norman got smacked harshly for his stand, and he struggled all his life.
He could have demurred by saying he had no dog in that fight because he was Australian not American. He took a much larger world view of humanity and the rights of others.

Carlos and Smith were dumped on too. They were also treated badly, but eventually achieved their rightful due. They never forgot Norman or what he did. They helped carry him home at the end of his life.
