Well I guess you haven't spent much time in Arizona.

In the last six years I've met one Bernie supporter and she was too young to vote.

We have a life and death Senate race here.

Especially in a year like this, when people were already anxious to begin with and something

like two thirds are so petrified about electability that they are pushing policy considerations to the side.

Good post.

He didn't expect Biden to run into trouble this quickly

He could have just enjoyed his life and thrown his billions-dollar-campaign machine behind Trump.

Or he could have waited, which is what he probably planned to do (I mean, wait until around summer to really start spending money), and just sat back and let Bernie be the front runner. But so much changed so quickly, he stepped up his spending (he doubled it).

Why on earth would he go to this trouble? And this expense? When all is said and done, I predict he spends at least two and a half billion dollars (based on his current burn rate of $38 a second).

I think it's exactly like another DUer put it, "he doesn't give a shit if he's president or not" he just wants to jump into this fight to make sure Trump is annihilated.

People forget something: Mike Bloomberg has a life. And this fiasco will probably take a couple of years off it.

The best way to get Trump elected was for him to do nothing and not spend a cent unless it was at the last minute to help Trump directly. His life expectancy will probably drop slightly for jumping into this from the stress and the attacks he's about to endure.

I don't mean to be rude... but jesus christ.

What a great quote. Bloomberg should use this:

a moderate progressive with a heart of gold but the toughness of a rattlesnake

Trump is finally collapsing

He's under attack from all sides.

His delusions are crumbling.

His defense mechanisms won't be able to sustain the onslaught much longer.

Because... Assault Weapons Ban

Ed Hozza, chairman of the Lehigh County Democrats, said he took no issue with Bloomberg’s GOP endorsements, given their connection to gun control legislation. When he was the mayor of Whitehall Township, Hozza said, he joined Bloomberg’s Mayors Against Illegal Guns coalition to push for a ban on assault weapons.

[More News] “Mayor Bloomberg is known to be a consensus builder, and [gun control] is one of the major issues coming up next year,” Hozza said. “And God knows we need that today.”

Yesterday I wrote to his campaign and thanked him.

I called this "the greatest act of philanthropy in human history."

Because I'm right with you: I see exactly what he's doing.

Trump will learn not to attack Bloomberg because the counterpunch is going to be so much

worse than his ego can tolerate.

Bloomberg won't pull his punches the way the other candidates have.

He has no fear, and he's trying to teach us not to fear or hate Trump, just to laugh at him.

"Why speculate?" This forum is 80% speculation. It's the Primaries Forum.

We're all trying to speculate as to the identity of the nominee.

If Anonymous doesn't come forward now, Anonymous is a liar and a fraud

A WARNING by Anonymous opens with a self-aggrandizing story about how a crucial group of Trump's closest advisors (likely NSC members) were going to resign in protest, Anonymous being among them.

"The idea was abandoned out of fear we might make a bad situation worse. It got worse anyway. Full awareness of the deteriorating state of affairs dawned on me late one evening, when the loss of a good man revealed the true nature of a troubled one. It was the evening that ultimately led to the writing of this book."

Then Anonymous recounts the miserable reaction of the Trump administration to the death of John McCain. More self-congratulatory pabulum follows: "By then Americans had grown accustomed to the president's pettiness, and they were numb to the endless controversies. Most probably tried to look the other way.

But I couldn't."

So he wrote a book. What pretentious crap!

First off, Anonymous, we weren't looking the other way. We've been full-on traumatized for three straight years. Where were you? Working for the traumatizer!

Then, justifying his anonymity, he writes: "Nor am I unprepared to attach my name to criticism of Donald Trump. I may do so, in due course."

My question to Anonymous, IF NOT NOW, WHEN?

Get off your high horse!

You were prepared to resign en masse (your words!) over Trump's crass reaction to the death of John McCain. Fair enough. But now the entire system of law and order is in full on collapse.

WHERE ARE YOU? Do you have the courage of your convictions? How much worse does it have to get before you and your collection of self-proclaimed heroes step forward?

America waits impatiently.
