Romney: 'Ann And I Send Our Thoughts And Prayers' To Cheney. Still no comment on Trayvon Martin

NOTE: There's finally someone for Rmoney to comment on.

The Romney campaign posted this message from the candidate on Twitter, on the news that former Vice President Dick Cheney has received a heart transplant:

Ann and I send our thoughts and prayers to Vice President Cheney for a fast and full recovery.

Will tea baggers protest Cheney's government funded heart transplant?

Or does that only apply to non-Republicans?

Report: Sandusky called 'likely pedophile' in '98

A psychologist who looked into a 1998 allegation against former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky told police at the time that his behavior fit the profile of a likely pedophile, NBC News reported Saturday.

Yet Sandusky was never criminally charged, nor placed on a state registry of suspected child abusers, and prosecutors say he continued assaulting boys for more than a decade until his arrest in November.

NBC obtained a copy of the campus police department's investigatory report on an encounter in which Sandusky was accused of having inappropriate contact with an 11-year-old boy with whom he had showered naked on the Penn State campus.

No, Mayor. I don't think of my own son when I hear about Trayvon Martin.

The mayor of Sanford told CNN that he thinks about his own son after the shooting of Trayvon Martin. He may want to make up stories for the press, but I won't. I don't think about my own son because he will never be pulled over for driving in the wrong neighborhood. He will never be avoided or looked at suspiciously. He will never be approached by the police or neighborhood watch for walking on the sidewalk (unless he is holding a weapon or something. He will never experience these things because he is white, and so is the Mayor of Sanford, FL. So while we all have reasons to be outraged, noy all of us have to worry about the same things. Please, CNN, make these people tell the truth.

Pat Robertson: Peyton Manning deserves injury because of Tebow snub.

Pat Robertson, televangelist and a leader in the Christian Right movement, said the Denver Broncos treated Tim Tebow "shabbily," adding an injury to the team's new quarterback Peyton Manning "would serve them right."

Robertson came to the aid of the devoutly religious Tebow after the unconventional signal caller was shipped off to the New York Jets in a late evening trade with Denver on Wednesday.

"The Denver Broncos treated him shabbily," Robertson said on "The 700 Club."

"He won seven games, he brought them [Denver] into the playoffs, for heaven sakes. I mean, they were a nothing team. He rallied them together with spectacular last-minute passes and, you know, when they beat Buffalo — I mean, Pittsburgh, excuse me — it was a tremendous victory."

Geraldo Rivera: Hoodie To Blame For Trayvon Martin’s Death (VIDEO)

Geraldo Rivera said Friday that Trayvon Martin might not have been shot dead by George Zimmerman if he hadn’t been wearing a hoodie.

Rivera told his colleagues at Fox and Friends that he thought Zimmerman “should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law and if he is criminally liable, he should be prosecuted.” But he also said there was another culprit in the 17-year-old’s death: his choice of clothing.

“I think the hoodie is as much responsible for Trayvon Martin’s death as George Zimmerman was,” Rivera explained.

“What’s the instant association? It’s crime scene surveillance tapes. Every time you see someone stick up a 7-11, the kid is wearing a hoodie. Every time you see a mugging on a surveillance camera or get the old lady in the alcove, it’s kid with a hoodie,” Rivera continued.

Right wing is throwing Zimmerman under the bus to protect "Stand Your Ground".

Don't be surprised to fooled by the "outrage" being expressed by Hannity and his right wing cohorts over the death of Treyvon Martin. Had Zimmerman not been busted by the 911 tape and Treyvon's cell phone records, they would say nothing or smear a 17 year-old kid. They are throwing him under the bus so they can protect "Stand Your Ground" laws. It was obvious when Marco Rubio and other Republican argued (correctly, I should say) that the shooter might not even be able to use it as a defense. Regardless, they don't care about the kid. They care about protecting their guns.

Has any Republican spoken out on the Trayvon Martin shooting?

Rick Scott ordered an investigation and RMoney is running away from it as fast as he can. Has ANY other Republican spoken out one way or the other?

"Restore some semblance of calm"?

So the Sanford Chief of Police believes that everyone is just worked up and he wants to "calm people down" by stepping away from the investigation. He doesn't care about establishing a sense of CONFIDENCE in the Sanford PD??? This guy needs to go.
