Usurper

Trump wants to be a king. Let's use the word that is applied to fake monarchs. He is a usurper.

Trump is the living embodiment of the 2 tiered justice system

If Trump was not a rich white guy he would be in jail now.

He has raped, groped, leered at under age girls and according to one of Jeffery Epstein’s victims raped underage girls. He’s also committed tax fraud, money laundering, defrauded many a contractor, and conspired with a hostile foreign power to usurp the Presidency.

His bio is basically a rap sheet.

It sickens me that he has gotten away with all this, but it underscores that we ceased to be a nation of laws some time ago—if you can even string together an argument that we were ever a nation of laws.

If he’d been any sort of minority he would be in prison.

Bishop Swan is spot on.

Weasel

Apparently, Rod Rosenstein is a total weasel. All that crap I read about his moral rectitude and incorruptibility was Washington bullshit.

I’m shocked 😱...

To paraphrase Laugh In...

Verrrry interesting...but stupid.

Kelly Anne is no brain trust. I continue to wonder about her marriage to George Conway. It is even stranger than the marriage the marriage of Mary Matalin and James Carville—and I thought that impossible.

Do they even live together? Do they indulge in shop talk?

It’s a puzzlement.

Hate to be a paranoid cynic...

Wonder who fired the missiles? Could it be us?

We have a long, dishonorable history of false flag operations. Bay of Pigs, Gulf of Tonkin...

Trumpie wants himself a war. What better way to get it?

Edit: I confused the Bay of Pigs with the pretext for our starting the Spanish American war—the blowing up of the battleship Maine in Havana harbor.

We blamed the Spanish without much to go on. So, in essence, a false justification for war.

The 2nd reference is to the Gulf of Tonkin. This was turned into a major provocation when it was most likely some over zealous NV sailors.

Guess I’m using the wrong term.

What I’m pointing out is that the US has often used minor incidents where clear responsibility cannot be established to impute blame on nations that we wanted to go to war with.

Not sure there is a nice, catchy term to use. Bet most readers knew exactly what I was trying to say.

We need to take ownership of the language

Trump and his hell spawned minions keep talking about this as an issue of “illegal” immigration.

These people are not immigrants. They are refugees.

No one wants to use this language as refugees are treated very differently than immigrants.

Refugees, not immigrants. This is why Jeff Sessions made a point to eliminate most of the reasons he knew these refugees would use to petition for asylum.

We are are violating international law, the spirit of our own law—and all moral norms.

But Trump—well...if you haven’t heard—he’s a fascist who only hires the most irredeemable fascists.

This is a quote from Trump’s own Twitter: “These aren’t people. These are animals.” Politifact complained that the context was left out as he was ostensibly talking about MS-13. But I call BS on that. What he was doing was conflating asylum seekers as being members of MS-13...for which there is no evidence.

Many 👍

A very valid analogy.
