I look at my 401K(s) all the time.

Trump may think everything is hunky dory, but the numbers tell a different story.

The uncertainty he has created has caused my two accounts to flatline. They go up. They go down. But the trend since Trump usurped the Presidency has been a flat line.

This volatility is because this shitcake never shuts his fucking mouth and has created so much uncertainty that investors don’t know whether to shit or go blind.

Only thing I’ve made money on in the last 12 months was an OTC Canadian cannabis stock the went from .36 to .74. Wish I’d owned more.

If he thinks this is making the 401k investor happy he doesn’t understand anything. Which, of course, is the case.

That a former president would say this is startling.

It is absolutely true, but Carter has stayed away from direct statements like this prior to now. Looks like Trump’s repulsive behavior pushed him over the edge.

Been a subscriber for decades

The Dallas Morning News is not that great of a paper. It has done more than its share to normalize the Trump regime. But they do some good work now and then and the local Trumpies think it’s a left wing rag.

And it is a newspaper that serves up a lot of local news. News that everyone completely misses if they aren’t at least getting an online paper.

Without a team of professional editors and journalists you’ll miss an awful lot and be completely unaware of many important things.

The morning ritual of scanning the paper keeps me synced in to what is going on.

You should support your local print news outlets with your dollars. You’ll be much poorer for it if they close down.
