FarPoint's JournalWhy do they apparently require the Candidates to stand?
For an entire 90 minutes under a microscope.... Hillary is doing it in Heels! I think this is abusive without a logical rationale...
Does anybody know why the agonizing standing requirement?
Sunday Political Talk Show Lineup....WTF?????
Give me a minute while I pick my jaw up off the floor.....
Meet the Press:
Donald Trump campaign strategist Paul Manfort, Wikipedia Julian Massage, Russian activist Gary Kasparov , David Brooks, republican strategist Alex Castellanos, journalist Hallie Jackson.
Face the Nation:
Trump campaign mgr. Paul Manfort, Bernie Sanders, RNC Chair Reinvent Priebus, CNN Political Commentator David Axelrod.
This Week With George Stephanopoulos:
Donald Trump, VP Joe Biden, ret. General John Allen, Journalist Kristen Soltis Anderson, Jonathan Ksrl, Crank Uguyr, Greta Van Austere, Alex Wagner.
Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace:
Hillary Clinton..( finally but on Fox???), George Will, Julie Pace, political adviser Karl Rove Juan Williams.
Who could guess we just had a tremendous week of a Democratic Convention based on these line ups????
Who here senses Trump will back out of the Presidential Debates?
He has history of cancelled Debates already...a Republican Debate and one with Bernie Sanders. Today, I heard on MSNBC what sounds like he's setting up such using his victim/ drama position, staging a cancellation ultimately... Apparently, he claims the Debate schedule is now rigged to fit Hillary saying some are scheduled during NFL football games. Of course, the Debate schedule was planned early 2016...
So, I see him trying to avoid any debate or accountability.
Mike Pence for VP may mean President Pence for the GOP.
I cry for the world over the thoughts of such a tragedy... yet, one needs to look at GOP chess moves...
A Trump Presidency would not last 1 year.. Maybe the GOP is thinking along lines of just using Trump for the vote and really angle for the VP to become President soon afterwards. Trump is pure chaos, an early resignation is predicted. Ultimately, GOP gets their backdoor win....
Just thinking.....and sharing my guess
Game of Thrones Thread ...S 6. Speculation, Discussion.
I thought a GOT Thread was needed. We can just go with the flow of thoughts since there is so much we can discuss. Season 6 focus but of course, we will revert back as this season is linking past events... making connections.
At the moment, I'm finding it curious, finding it could be significant that Jon, Tryion and Danearyes all were born to mother's who did die giving birth to them. Secondly, a question, ...Jon and Danearyes, are they the same age and we're they born at the same time?
May I suggest that we Boycott any BS posts and posters here at DU....
Instead of responding to the flamebait...ignore all and every BS post. Let's not give them oxygen....they will only be in an echo chamber....No matter how irritating and incorrect they are...we as Hillary supporters rise up and stay way above the rhetoric here at DU....United, we give them no ear, no satisfaction, no voice.
Hillary needs a Campaign Theme tune...
What are some good suggestions?
My feel is for the Game of Thrones theme intro tune....

Bernie’s Running for Re-Election on Independent Ticket
Bernies Running for Re-Election on Independent Ticket

The Democratic 2016 Presidential campaign is in full swing with Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders battling it out state-by-state. Yet while all this hoopla is going on, a small fact remains quietly perched on the political back burner: Sanders is also running for re-election as an Independent. His Senate seat will be decided anew with the 2018 midterm cycle, and if Vermonters vote favorably, hell take office at the age of 77 for his third term.
Sanders is already collecting money for his next Senate run. A look at these contributors reveals a stark contrast from the grassroots coalition he appeals to in his Presidential campaign. Far from being a collection of Milleniels who are newly entering the job market or struggling blue collar workers, these donors are primarily retired or entrenched in professional positions.

I have concerns about Bernie Sanders running as a "Democrat of convenience" .....Anyone else think this is deceptive?
