I just got my appointments to be vaccinated

I spent a couple hours yesterday trying with no luck anywhere. Now I have both Pfizer vaccines scheduled at CVS, no muss, no fuss.

I would say I got lucky. My mother-in-law ( 75+ ) said that she kept trying for 2 months before she got hers. It's a load off my mind.

My smoke alarms all went off at 3:30 this morning

We looked into every corner of the house, no smoke, no fire. Hubby checked the attic to verify that the furnace was okay.

7 1/2 hours later, still no smoke, no fire. We dunno what the hell happened.

Aaaarrggh! I feel dirty having to tear off the address listing "my name or current resident" on it for the shredder.
