My wife was talking to her friend who couldn't believe my wife had the classic 38 episodes. My wife's friend believes Ralph Kramden is a wife abuser who should no longer be held as an endearing character.
My wife laughed at her friend and said Ralph is not a wife abuser. In fact he is a hen pecked husband who is afraid to lay a hand on his wife. He worshiped the ground she walked on... She said the yelling and the Bang Zoom to the Moon is nothing more than what her Italian family members do. You scream you vent but you love.
So does Ralph promote oppression or is it just a charming character?
My wife wanted to thank everyone for their help.
My family loved the cooking she did.
My wife wasn't fond of cops before this past year now she has no respect for them.
She views them as legalized bullies. She wouldn't trust them with her life and if someone came in to rob our house she would be more willing to believe she would be placed in less danger from them than from a cop.
She tells me to remember the poem "First they came" . She said yes, right now they are doing this to African Americans men and I am a white female BUT how soon will they start doing this to not only Black males but they start doing it to Asians, Latinos and whites. Not only men but women.
We see those body cams are a joke with the most recent events showing with the dash camera and body camera of 2 officers off.
she has known 3 officers on a personal level at different times in life and ALL THREE have acted like arrogant bullies. they used the power of their badges to get their way EVEN when off the clock.
What do I do?
my wife tried to look something up on you tube and it wouldn't let her unless she signed in
or register a google/gmail account.

Thank you again for the help with the shells. Now my wife wonders if -when she does her smelts
just coating them in seasoned flour and fry them in a pan would that give them a nice crisp finish or should she break down and use the breading. ( she just finds it too heavy.)
MY wife has a few questions about cooking for a christmas dinner
my wife is for the first time cooking for my family for christmas. She made her Sauce and meatballs today and divided the sauce. We are eating at my Dad's house ( he isn't comfortable eating at my house and spending a few hours here according to my Step mom and so my wife is making everything here and we are taking it to his house thankfully over the hill from us.) Anyways my wife is going to making 2 different types of stuff shells.
question 1: My wife is thinking of basically boiling the pasta and stuffing the all cheese shells tonight and basically having them sauced and in the pan in the fridge all night OR if it is better placing them in a pan and in the fridge all night without the sauce.
question 2: she is going to make a stuff shell filled with sausage and ricotta cheese and either Parmesan or mozzarella cheese. Which would be better?
