About Me

Love to cook, Code, Build Computers, Tae Kwon Do, write, observe local fauna (sometimes at peril) and argue about interesting topics. Typical Sagittarius.

Journal Archives

Person of Interest

should be a film.

J. J. Abrams

Have Root tasing, Shaw shooting, Bear needing Dutch commands, John wearing a nice suit and the Machine being awesome along with Finch saving the world.

But please give us Amy Acker Root.

All of you "duty shirkers"

need to fall in line, because apparently, that is the phrase of the day.

Don't "shirk your duty", vote for Hillary.

If you don't feel inspired by such an "uplifting" sentiment, well, it didn't work for me, either.

Never wanted to give you any sorrow
Never meant to cause you any pain.

Dying is the worst way that our friendship has to end.

Weekend lover is my style. But I agree when I see you laughing, it is such a shame to see you gone.

You will never be forgotten, and the songs you gave us.

I really like Person of Interest, and I think it has relevant political moments.

That said, I adore these two.

Idle thought. Chaos, Order and Politics.

Every tyrant in history has promised to make order out of chaos. And rather than letting the natural course of life take charge, they try to control everything and by doing so they create a ripple that grows and grows until a tidal wave of chaos sweeps across the landscape.

Prince - first recording of Purple Rain

It is amazing.

No, Bernie isn't and hasn't dropped out.

If you thought that was some good spin to keep people from voting for Sanders instead of Clinton, the term "loose screw" comes to mind. She and her surrogates need to cut it out.

Ardent Hillary supporters are trying to pretend that she has already won, and personally, I'll have to see it to believe it.

Don't give in to shitty tactics.

Trouble with Aphids, the red ones

They are again chomping up my eggplant and tomatoes.

Holy Shit, Prince is dead

I just saw him on SNL a few nights ago.

That man is a musical legend.

Lifehack - prevent nausea

This was such a weird idea. Keep from getting seasick or nauseous.

How? Press the inside of your wrist. For a sounder effect, just wear a rubber band on both wrists.

I know it sounds implausible, but I tried it and yes, it does work (at least for me).

It probably won't work for everybody, but let me know if you try it and your results.
