RAINFALL TOTALS WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 INCHES FOR COASTAL AND VALLEY LOCATIONS...TO 2 TO 4 INCHES ACROSS THE FOOTHILLS AND MOUNTAINS BETWEEN THURSDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.

THE HIGHEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL OCCUR ACROSS SAN LUIS OBISPO AND SANTA BARBARA COUNTIES...ESPECIALLY SOUTH AND SOUTHWEST FACING SLOPES.
