2016 is just the beginning. This is how future presidential elections will be. Elections are now about tapes, and leaks, and surprises. No reason to campaign anymore.
"The rules are different for the Clintons"
Republicans like to throw this phrase out and they are right. The Clintons do have to play by a different set of rules.
The republicans have been harassing them and trying to investigate everything that they do ever since Bill was elected.
They sneeze and the republicans will investigate on whether they said excuse me.
Supreme Court
IF somehow trump wins the presidency and the Dems take the senate shouldn't the Dems do what the republicans did to obama and what they plan to do to Clinton and stall. Hell, what would they have to lose?
And even if the Dems dont have a majority in the senate, should t they force the republicans to use the nuclear option.
Forget about principle and rules. The republicans never play by them. Why is it that the Dems always have to be the responsible ones and take the higher road.
I bet you if the roles were reversed this year, the Dems would have caved and confirmed a republican president's nominee.
Two of president Obama political appointments may cost Clinton the election
1. Comey as director of he FBI
2. Clinton as Sec of State (no email server)
Remember that Clinton was very popular & admired after the end of her 2008 campaign. I think if she was never Sec of State she obviously would not have had the email server issue which bought up her untrustworthy numbers. Trump also couldnt have railed against her "30 years of service" because she would have had an 8 year hiatus. America would of had Clinton nostalgia.
Comey needs to give a brief/press conference
He was so willing to do one in July when he "cleared" Clinton and then bashed her even though he wasn't required to. Why so quiet now?

Different systems
When you are dealing with classified and secret documents you are on a different system than the regular internet. You can't type in the urls ESPN, Google, or democratic underground. They won't come up, nor can you send emails to yahoo or gmail accounts. So those state.gov emails were not even on a classified system and that is why people were able to send stuff to their personnel emails and home computers. Meaning that whatever was sent wasn't classified anyway.
Main reasons why I dont want a trump presidency
There are alot of reason, but the main ones are:
1. Supreme Court
2. Don't want the Obamas to have to welcome the trumps to the White House, ride with them to the inauguration, and have to attend the inauguration after everything trump has said about him
edit: for that matter, the Clintons would also have to attend as a former Presiden and First Lady

Clinton has been leading this whole election cycle by an average of 3 points while having an electoral college average in the 280 range. No one who is voting for Hillary will change their mind to vote for trump. It may depress them enough to not vote at all.
Why did the FBI have to inform congress?
Seems like that is unusual.
Is it because once comey put out his announcement in July that the republicans called comey to Capitol Hill to explain (which is also unusual). Did they tell him that they had to be informed when things changed (which is also unusual)
