The media needs to stop putting Republican pundits and politicians on tv
Giving them a microphone gives them a credence of credibility. Especially when they go on tv and lie and give the same old talking points. The media presents them as people who just have different viewpoints... And it’s always a win win for them, they either get a soft interview without any pushback or and combative interview where they can claim ‘liberal’ media...
When can and cannot judges orders be ignored
I remember a couple days before the election a federal judge ordered the posts; service to do a sweep of all post offices in certain states and drop them off at appropriate election sites. And the order was straight up ignored....;so now why are these election court decisions/orders including SCOTUS, the be all end all?

It seems like they were able dismiss the Pennsylvania case faster than this one
If the SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas
Then it goes to “trial’” or whatever it’s called....and then they rule that the 4 States over stepped their authority and therefore their elections and votes are voided.....Then doesn’t that mean the congressional and state house elections are voided, too?
Republicans have no shame and don't care
Because they have continued to stay in power....when there is public or MSM backlash they never give up or cave, in 2016 Americans wanted Garland to be confirmed, but Republicans said FU and were rewarded, in 2020 Americans didn’t want Barrett confirmed based on the 2016 precedent, but Republicans said FU and were rewarded, anytime one of them is indicted or accused of wrongdoing, they say FU and get rewarded, they are filing these frivolous lawsuits and don’t care because what do they have to lose.......Democrats on the other hand always cave on everything when there is public and MSM backlash

Edit - I thought this case was suppose to be about original jurisdiction and Texas being hurt by the 4 states changing their election laws. But they are mentioning a lot of stuff that has nothing to do with that like absentee ballots being too much in favor of Biden and that being statistically impossible or the fact that Wayne county books work only 71% correct.
