The census and congressional seats aren't that bad for democrats

I think people are expecting doom for Democrats based on the states that gained seats and those who lost...to me it looks like a wash when you look at the states and numbers
Yes, the two going to Texas, the one going to Florida, the one going to North Carolina and one to Montana (really?..Montana was a gain) will be 5 Republican seats, but Colorado and Oregon’s will be 2 Democratic seats more than likely....but I also think that the 7 states that lost a seat will come from a Republican district....just because Cali, NY, and IL are blue states doesn’t mean that they don’t have Republican disctricts...so I see +2 for Dems and a -2 for Republicans when it’s all said and done

Conservatives wanted a not guilty verdict for this reason

A lot of them crying about the verdict....I think the main reason they wanted a not guilty verdict is that they wanted to see riots across the country so they could say things like “this is Biden’s America”, “ANTIFA! Bad”, “BLM Bad!”....etc

So I see the usual suspects trending on Twitter

I am not going to type their names because I refuse to give them the relevance they seek, nor will I click on their hashtag...if you follow politics, news, or social media you know then though....it’s the same people who are always trending at times like these, the same right wing white males, or the “I got off the Democrat plantation” black people.....saying or tweeting something controversial just to get attention....but unfortunately it works because their critics engage them and get up in arms of what they said....the best way for these people to go away is to just to ignore them

We have an election here in Texas on Saturday, May 1....early voting began yesterday....the election is for offices like school board, city council, county commissioner, local initiatives and ballots....a lot of these offices are supposedly “non-partisan”, but republicans are good at making efforts for their voters to know who to vote for and they are also good at getting their hard core voters to vote in an obscure election like this, while Democratic leaning voters don’t vote in elections like this.....matter of fact I won’t be surprised if turnout out is 15% or less....so a candidate could get 60% of the vote, but in reality has only a small plurality of support...and unfortunately the candidates are MAGA, for instance, in my county (Comal) we have 3 Trump train people running for office......these are the elections that really count because these people make the local rules...and then these people are the people who then go on to get elected to Congress..
