Does anyone know the difference between the Wisconsin Supreme case and the one that was thrown out with prejudice today at the Federal level? There are so many frivolous cases that it is hard to keep up.
The Electors vote Monday!
But what scheme are Trump and the GOP coming up with. You know there is some obscure/rule law that normally is a formality that they are looking for. Probably something like only a Statehouse building custodian can unlock the doors to let the electors in to vote, but the custodian has to get permission from the state legislatures.
Trump with his attacks on Kemp and Ducey
And not making sure their states went for him, makes me think that Desantis did.
Republicans have bad intentions but with great strategy and communication
Democrats have great intentions, but unfortunately with bad strategy and communication

https://www.wpr.org/sites/default/files/20314498782.pdfPlaintiffs Electors Clause claims fail as a matter of law and fact. The record establishes that Wisconsins selection of its 2020 Presidential Electors was conducted in the very manner established by the Wisconsin Legislature, y general ballot at the general election. Wis. Stat. §8.25(1). Plaintiffs complaints about defendants administration of the election go to the implementation of the Wisconsin Legislatures chosen manner of appointing Presidential Electors, not to the manner itself. Moreover, even if Manner were stretched to include plaintiffs implementation objections, plaintiff has not shown a significant departure from the Wisconsin Legislatures chosen election scheme.
This is an extraordinary case. A sitting president who did not prevail in his bid for reelection has asked for federal court help in setting aside the popular vote based on disputed issues of election administration, issues he plainly could have raised before the vote occurred. This Court has allowed plaintiff the chance to make his case and he has lost on the merits. In his reply brief, plaintiff asks that the Rule of Law be followed. (Pl. Br., ECF No. 109.) It has been.
The Trump tweets that Twitter puts disclaimers on
They need to stop with the stupid this claim is disputed disclaimers and delete that shit, I dont care about their policy on world leaders....his tweets are dangerous and saying that they are disputed makes it look like they are debatable, but could be true.

https://twitter.com/CBSDFW/status/1337559314278604802?s=20This is the difference between Democrats and Republicans, if a Dem said something like this the Reps would be talking about this and linking every Democrat to this...they would be talking about it so much that the MSM would start asking every Democrat they interview if they believe in this....political commercials would be made tying Democratic candidates to this message
I guess my point is that Democrats need to be talking about this and tying Republicans (i.e lloefler and Purdue) to this
Geez CNN and Cuomo
About to have a Republican on the show (who is one of the 126) to play the both sides game or to give his viewpoint credibility....this is why we are where we are...
