Hiw about working to improve the law, instead of large posting quantities?

If President Obama works for improving the NICS efficiency and response time, I'm all for it. But citing catch-phrases like "loop holes," and merely extending the time for approval to 5, 7, 10 days, or never, is a lazy approach and invites court challenges.
