Push the positive Joe stories...

I left FB a few weeks ago because I found myself arguing with stupid people again like back pre-2016. The more negative stories you post or click on, the more the algorithm sends to you and I am sick of it!
Back on today with a new theory. I am going to post only positive stories about Joe and the democrats. (Ok once in a while I will post something anti trump like the photos of the idiots wearing ear Kotex cuz that’s just too priceless to not post).😂
Maybe we can all try it and change the “Dems in disarray” narrative.

Banning contraceptives

Wouldn’t banning contraceptives be the death of a major industry in the US? See below. I think the democrats should discuss this harm to our economy as well as taking away our privacy rights.
Thoughts?

The US contraceptive market was valued at around $21.5 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach $39.8 billion by 2032. The female contraceptive market alone is expected to grow from $7.8 billion in 2022 to $8.2 billion by 2032. The US is also expected to maintain its lead in the 7MM contraceptive market, which includes France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, the UK, and the US, and command 76.6% of the market by 2032.

Suddenly my FB is pushing many negative stories about Robert Deniro. I ignore them.

Feeling empowered in FL

I was chatting with my irrigation guy - pleasant guy in his late 30’s I would guess and a native Floridian - we were discussing how payments were made back in the day pre-credit cards, etc. I said my first credit card was Sears and “did you know that prior to 1974 a woman had to have permission from a male relative to have a credit card?” I said if they keep rolling back my rights I will have to have my grown son vouch for me -haha. He stopped and said I did not know that. And then the conversation went onto something else.
Anyway, I was pretty proud of myself for dropping a little fact about women’s rights for him to consider without getting all preachy as I tend to do. I also have a hard time keeping my temper in check when discussing any political issues.
Going forward, I will attempt to educate instead of rant. 🙄😂
And yes I assume most everyone down here is a right winger.

Black US Flag

My neighbor is flying an all black US flag. Looks like it is a "no quarter" flag. Should I be worried? I did not think he was a trumper but looks like this is an alt-right thing right now. ??
I am a veteran and I get really upset when people fly these altered US flags - it seems very disrespectful.
This same neighbor wanted to buy my deceased husbands truck a few years back...now I am sooooo glad that I said no.

Been awake all night worrying

About the latest SCOTUS announcement. I am finally realizing that yes he will get away with all his crimes and will most likely be elected and there is little that I can do about it besides voting.
Scary times for sure.
