Cobb sounds like he wants Trump to be transparent. So he making it appear that he is not for covering anything up.
Dowd sounds like Don McGahn has the goods in a safe, and he is concerned about "executive privilege" so he does not want you to think he is covering anything up either.
Maybe they both know the indictments are coming soon.

Harvey: Why is the wealthiest nation in the world BEGGING for donations?
The USA is better than that. Every burden suffered by one of US, should be carried by ALL of US.
We do not need to beg for a pittance of pocket change from the wealthy. Like the tiny-fingered donation of a tiny fraction of Trump's wealth. We need to demand the wealthy pay BIG TIME for THEIR senseless, endless and ego-centric wars. In ADDITION to the rebuilding of the nation after ALL disasters. The rich and POWERFUL need to repay the USA for providing the soil, toil and mind-power for their own success.
Trump just said that CNN will not cover his speech, I know this because...
....I just saw him say it on CNN where I have been watching the whole speech from the start. Should I believe Trump or my Lying Eyes (and ears) ???

We NEED EVERYONE to Join the Democratic Party!
We need everyone who is willing to vote for Democrats to help win every election, to join us.
We need candidates to run for every seat from Dog Catcher, to a replacement for the creep presently in the White House.
We need you to bring your friends from everywhere, or from any political party, you can find to vote for Democrats.
We need you to advocate for other Democrats in your neighborhood who speak up and even more when they run for an elective office as a Democrat.
We need everyone to join with anyone from any political party who votes for, and with, Democrats to defeat every Republican we can replace and every wrong idea they create.
We need to defeat the GOP and save the world from the evil they stand for and the danger they pose for all of us.
A Democrat is always better for Dems than any Republican. Now, our focus needs to be on winning.
After we win the House, Senate and White House and a large majority of State Houses. Then we can argue over the issues and other specifics like the Republicans are doing. Because right now the GOP controls almost all of our political lives.
Keep your eyes on the prize.
Stop fighting among ourselves.
The Earth itself and all our lives, thoughts and dreams for the future literally depend on it.
Honoring the Women of the March, DU, my own FB Friends and "The Daughters of Loowit"
I posted this on FB last night, and I want to tell the Women of DU how I honored you:
I'm humbled and awed by the many women in my life. That is why my hope for the future is stronger now than ever. Please indulge my love for all of them for a few of your precious moments.
I'll start with a beautiful story from some of our original Americans in Wikipedea; "They came upon an area that is now called The Dalles and thought they had never seen a land so beautiful. The sons quarreled over the land and to solve the dispute, their father shot two arrows from his mighty bow; one to the north and the other to the south. Pahto followed the arrow to the north and settled there while Wy'east did the same for the arrow to the south. Saghalie then built Tanmahawis, the Bridge of the Gods, so his family could meet periodically.[7]
When the two sons of Saghalie both fell in love with a beautiful maiden named Loowit, she could not choose between them. The two young chiefs fought over her, burying villages and forests in the process. The area was devastated and the earth shook so violently that the huge bridge fell into the river, creating the Cascades Rapids of the Columbia River Gorge.[8]
For punishment, Saghalie struck down each of the lovers and transformed them into great mountains where they fell. Wy'east, with his head lifted in pride, became the volcano known today as Mount Hood and Pahto, with his head bent toward his fallen love, was turned into Mount Adams. The fair Loowit became Mount St. Helens, known to the Klickitats as Louwala-Clough which means "smoking or fire mountain" in their language (the Sahaptin called the mountain Loowit).[9]
Since the start of the last POTUS campaign my own hand and hope has been strengthened over and over by the strong, smart and wise women in my humble life, who include many who are my dear FB friends. When I saw "Loowit" myself I was humbled to my knees at her power to change in an instant all life and earth around her. And then from the gorgeous rivers that began to flow all around her, the trees, some destroyed in that instant now lying flat on the ground like giant burned cinders while other trees have grown tall since Loowit last showed her awesome power to the humbled eyes of all wise men throughout the earth.
And now I myself lay awed and humbled like those burned cinders, by every daughter of Loowit I have seen and heard everywhere, past and present in our great nation. And I wish to humbly honor those American women who stand in proud and strong opposition as our most powerful defense against Trump and his tiny minions. YOU will change the land, trees and rivers of the future life of our beloved country. YOUR power will overcome ALL the tiny edicts of the little men who cower all around you in weak and bitter hatred against all that is great about our country. I know the future will be wonderful because of YOUR own immense and awesome power,
Because of ALL of you, I'm not worried about the future one little bit!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
