Binary impeachment polls are flawed and undercut support for impeachment. A binary poll proffers only 2 options: 1) Impeach & remove, or, 2) Do not Impeach. Neither of these options is WHAT WILL HAPPEN or would have happened when the binary polls were conducted, which is 3) Impeach but do not remove.
The house has now impeached trump, but a mortal lock the senate will acquit. Pollsters should be fired or demoted for not including the 3rd option (tertium quid = 3rd thing) and presenting only binary polls. Imagine a push poll asking 1) do you support banning all guns? or, 2) not banning all guns? crass misreprentation without option 3) = ban assault rifles.
To a republican respondent, binary polls ask either 1) remove trump, or, 2) let trump stay in office. This is why binary polls show repub support for 'no impeachment' at 95%, misleading since they don't want to remove their sacred cow.
The fox news poll ~dec 15, 2019 (& previous similar fox results) with the 3rd option included, had 50 - 4 - 41 result, for a 54% impeach 41% no impeach result. Repubs split off about 10% (4 pct pts) from the 95% standard support, to vote 'impeach but do not remove' - allowing conscientious repubs a way to 'punish' trump for what they thought was wrong, without removing him.
It is moot now after actual impeachment, since subsequent polls will only ask 'should trump be removed' by senate.
PREVIOUS BINARY IMPEACHMENT POLLS SHOULD BE VIEWED AS FLAWED and 'trump friendly'.'
'No opinion' results should not necessarily be ignored. No opinion is subcategorized as 1) don't know 2) don't care 3) undecided. Amish are 'don't know' since they do not follow politics (much). Consider though 'don't care' results. If they were asked 'should trump be impeached' and answer is 'don't care' that does not help trump at all. Doesn't help schiff either but hurts trump more.
No opinion results could be added on to both sides, caveated as 'do not oppose impeachment' and 'do not support impeachment'.

Real Clear Politics Trump Approval Poll Avg, is badly skewed pro trump
The real clear politics (RCP) trump approval average is padded pro trump, in a couple ways.
Firstly, the RCP average includes Rasmussen, which is not quality polling, it cheats. Rasmussen persistently pads trump approval daily by 4 to 10 points (proof below), over the average of reputable polls.
Rasmussen is also included in every single RCP poll average. Rasmussen never drops out of the average, its padded results are always included. Most all other reputable polls are included only about half the time.
This is because Real Clear Politics Poll Average has a 'dropback' period of approximately 15 days, whereby polls which were conducted prior to the ~15 day dropback, are not included in the RCP average. IE: on October 15, all polls conducted before October 1 would be dropped off the RCP average, and only polls with a date between Oct 1 and 15th would be included. Since most all reputable polls are usually conducted only once a month or longer, their inputs can be excluded about half the time, from the RCP average.
Rasmussen however, is a 3 day tracking poll, where it averages its most recent 2 days results with the current days result, and then presents a 'brand new' poll every day, which RCP duplicitously counts as a daily new poll date which enables rasmussen be included in every RCP polling average, since rasmussen never drops out of the dropback. (rasmussen does not post Sat or Sunday, but this is only a 2 day delay which keeps it well within the 15 day dropback).
The net effect is the trump-padded rasmussen poll result is worth about twice what more reputable polls are worth, in the RCP average.
Since the RCP trump approval poll includes about 10 polls, rasmussens skewing does not greatly alter the average, but even so the RCP average should be adjusted by subtracting 0.5 to 1.5 points, due the rasmussen padding affect.
Harris, somehow linked to rasmussen with too often similar results, i have noticed cleverly posts a trump approval poll about every 18 days or so, which enables them to be included in the rcp average inordinately higher than more reputable polls such as gallup, quinnipiac, pew, Reuters, abc, cbs, nbc, msnbc, ppp, fox, cnn. Harris not as bad as Rasmussen tho.
I suspect there are more disreputable right wing polls other than just rasmussen, included in RCP avgs..
Rasmussen strategically pads its polls, a transparent attempt to avoid being cast as too partisan. It will pad trump while counter padding other republicans (generally in races either forlorn hopes or way out ahead).
Rasmussen was the worst of polls in 2000 bush v gore, having gwbush winning by 9 pts whereas gore won popular vote by 0.5 pts. It also had significantly higher results for most republican congressional races. Rasmussen realized then that it lost credibility &, spurred by gwbushs 'win', tightened up & produced some fairly accurate results in following presidential races. But do not be fooled, rasmussen is a right wing pro trump poll padder extraordinaire.
Nate silver's 538 pollster rating gives rasmussen a C+, which is also misleading as a C+ rating is in the lower 50% of all pollsters, and since rass shares the C+ with dozens of other polls it is not a good score. Rass is biased Republican by 1.5:

Methodology In the fall of 2018, Guns Down America researched the links between the gun industry and the top 15 consumer-facing banks (by consolidated assets) in the United States.
We reviewed media archives, Securities and Exchange Commission records, campaign finance reports, and internet sources from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018 in order to identify relationships and examples of mutual support between the banks, the gun industry, the NRA, and NRA-backed members of Congress. 4 Statements made by banks reflecting their public positions on gun violence, gun control policy, or mass violence; and
5 Campaign donations to the NRA’s Million Dollar Members.
All grades are based on a 100-point scale and are calculated by weighing how each bank compares with its competitors.
The point value for this letter grade was derived from three specific categories: 1) financing of the gun industry, 2) ties and policy toward doing business with the gun industry and the NRA, and 3) support for NRA-backed lawmakers.

The plagiarism accusations in the Kinnock-Biden case revolved around a speech which Neil Kinnock made to the Labour Party congress. When {Kinnock} asked in his emotional address why he was the 'first Kinnock in a thousand generations to be able to get to university', ... When Joe Biden asked in a stump speech why he was the first Biden in a thousand generations to go to university, he meant the same thing.
Both were members of a left-wing party, waging war against the far-right leaders of their countries, Thatcher and Reagan. A third example of plagiarism came to mind, same blog link above: What does Melania Trump's plagiarism tell us? .. Melania Trump got up last night to further her husband's success, and took her cue from Michelle Obama eight years ago. Her speech contained phrases which can only have been copied from the First Lady's earlier address, and so have been labelled as plagiarism.
This is a damning accusation and has prompted recollections of the last big plagiarism scandal to rock a US election, when Joseph Biden re-used Neil Kinnock's 'Thousand Generations' speech, was promptly labelled a plagiarist, and was forced to withdraw from the campaign
