MAGA yelps the Orange Duce gets different treatment than Joe.

True. In order for it to be equal Joe would have to:

-ignore requests to return documents for 18 months

-Hide documents deliberately

-Move boxes from residence to residence

-Judge shop

-Appeal for a Special Master

There, now, things are equal.

I don't understand many of the arcane rules of the House.

In looking at the infighting last week when I saw all ruckus about who is on the House Rules Committee I tried to understand what was happening.

I came to the conclusion a lot had to do with how the Debt Ceiling will be handled. It seemed like the outcome of having MAGA on the Rules committee is they will prevent any Debt Ceiling bill from coming up for a vote without their agreement. It seems like they are trying to prevent an agreement between some "sane" Republicans and House Dems to prevent a default.

I don't know if this is right, just my thoughts on it.
