An Afghanistan suggestion for the Reich Wing

Reich Wing zombies are clutching their pearls over President Joe's desire to remove all troops from Afghanistan. If the Bone Spur supporters are that concerned, my suggestion is we just do a one-for-one exchange. For every service member that is withdrawn, he or she is replaced by a child of a Reich Wing politician.

Problem solved.

A little sign of normalcy

For the first time in a year I saw two pairs of teenagers playing catch in a park. Not in fancy uniforms or getting ready for some Travel League Game. Just playing catch.

In places where it is very hot the entire day it is common to purchase some type of shade, often made of thick cardboard, that you place on the inside of the windshield to block the heat. There is a little cutout in the shade so you place it around the rear view mirror.

The fact the manufacturers have to place, in writing on the shade, the car is not to be driven with the shade in place is an indicator of our current times.
