**No one to be fired after Melania Trump speech plagiarism episode**CNN

(CNN)Donald Trump's presidential campaign doesn't plan to fire anybody or to take disciplinary action over the controversy surrounding Melania Trump's plagiarism of Michelle Obama, CNN learned Tuesday.

Trump's campaign hopes to simply move on without further addressing questions about the speech.
Aides to the presumptive Republican nominee are scrambling to move past the imbroglio after a passage in Melania Trump's speech Monday night, which headlined the Republican National Convention's opening night, closely mirrored a portion of Michelle Obama's address to the Democratic National Convention in 2008.
It's set off infighting and finger-pointing within Trump's campaign, and two sources told CNN that Donald Trump himself is furious about it.

*Oooh, I would be mad with my husband if he didn't fire anyone who did this to me, unless she plagiarized it herself?*

Trump to Melania: "Ivanka said not to let you make decisions on your own"

Ok, here is the deal with Mrs. Trumps speech

Since the GOP is blaming Hilary for this speech . I think they may have something there. This is how it happened...

When Melania Trump went to sleep that night. Hilary Clinton in disguise broke into the Trump home after disabling the security system. She saw their housekeeper and snuck up behind her and put her to sleep with chloroform, then she tied her up and put he into the broom closet. Then she tip toed to the Trump personal computer,on the desk was Melania's original speech. Hilary took the original speech and put it through the paper shredder. Hilary hacked into their computer and printed Mrs. Obama convention speech and left it on the desk. Hilary left the Trump crawling on the floor and went to the elevator and drove off... Bill was driving the get away car.

That morning, Melania went to the desk and picked up the speech. Her and Donald flew to Ohio. Upon arrival, Melania gave the speech to the control room so they can put it on the teleprompter.

Always a treat buying the NY Daily News newspaper.rofl

The coauthor of Donald Trump's 1987 biography says Trump is a sociopath....

‘Art of the Deal’ co-author Tony Schwartz calls Trump a ‘sociopath’ in scathing tell-all: ‘I put lipstick on a pig’

The coauthor of Donald Trump's 1987 biography and business bestseller "The Art of the Deal" says the man behind the myth he helped create is a "sociopath" whose election could result in the end of the world as we know it.

In a scathing tell-all, Tony Schwartz, the co-author of Trump's breakout book, told the New Yorker that he could no longer sit silent as the Donald's presidential prospects grew from populist sensation to GOP heir apparent.

"I genuinely believe that if Trump wins and gets the nuclear codes there is an excellent possibility it will lead to the end of civilization," he said.

The author — who described his decision to work with Trump despite his political and personal reservations as a "Faustian bargain" that tore the author "between the Devil and the higher side" — admitted regret for eulogizing a man he once wrote "stands for many of the things I abhor."

Picture of the week...Trump and Pence

In awkward first interview together, Pence and Trump disagree on campaign tactics

When it comes to Donald Trump's selection of Mike Pence as his running mate, things appear to have moved away from suspense and are now just plain tense.

In an odd and seemingly uncomfortable clip of an interview set to air Sunday night on CBS' "60 Minutes," the two men headlining the GOP 2016 ticket appear to disagree on the upsides of running a negative campaign and convey an uneasy rapport with each other.

When journalist Lesley Stahl asked Pence what he thought "about your running mate's campaign and the tone and negativity of it," the notoriously conservative Indiana governor replied by avoiding the question.

"I think this is a good man who's been talking about the issues the American people care about," he said.

"But name calling, 'Lyin' Ted,'" Stahl interjected, referring to the condescending nickname Trump awarded to former rival Ted Cruz.

"In the essay that I wrote a long time ago, I said campaigning ought to be about something more important than just one candidate's election," Pence continued.

"And this campaign and Donald Trump's candidacy has been about the issues the American people care about. They see America in decline at home and abroad … our porous borders, a Congress that's been unable to balance its budgets, they want leadership in Washington, D.C., that will solve problems," Pence added, before Trump awkwardly jumped in.

"Leslie, Leslie," Trump cooed at the veteran broadcaster.

We're different people. I understand that," he said about he and Pence.

"I'll give you an example. Hillary Clinton is a liar," Trump added plainly

"That's negative," Stahl responded.

"You better believe it," Trump hit back sharply. ""Hillary Clinton is a crook. I call her 'Crooked Hillary.'"

"He won't," Trump said, nodding to Pence. "He won't. I didn't ask him to do it, but I don't think he should do it, because it's different for him."
