Yesterday, FreePress.org published a virtual treatise on how the USA became the base for computer hacking around the world--with the blessings, financial help, and even subscription of some elements of the U.S. Government. The principal author of the treatise, Jill Simpson, has been described by former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman as a modern Joan of Arc, for having successfully taken on Karl Rove at the pinnacle of his power in 2007.
It would seem from Ms. Simpson's article that hacking by government and global corporations is OK, but hacking by individuals, not among the elite 1% who can afford the $2.5 million access fee to "Endgame," is not. However, when the general public--the 99%--finds out about this situation with the help of the road map and pictures Ms. Simpson and her colleague have provided @ http://www.freepress.org/departments/display/20/2013/5044, the judgment of history on this matter may be at hand.

Should Comey direct the FBI?
Here is my argument that he should not in today's NYT article reporting on the official appointment:

Does the selection of Mr. Comey, who reportedly supported the election of John McCain for President in 2008 and Mitt Romney in 2012, mean that President Obama feels compelled to tolerate the crimes documented in: 1) "JFK and the Unspeakable" by James Douglass, 2) "The New Jim Crow" by Michelle Alexander 3) "Proving Election Fraud" by Richard Charnin and 4) "Scandal" as presented by ABC TV?
The FBI should be investigating the crimes of this and the twentieth centuries, including the crime of obstructing President Obama's first choices so as to restrict his ability to restore the rule of law to the United States.

ABC's Scandal series continues to reveal truths about how Karl Rove rigged the 2004 Presidential election.
In the May 16, 2013, episode of Scandal–this season’s finale– the Department of Justice character, David Rosen, turned the evidence of the theft of the Presidential election over to the Karl Rove character, who destroyed it. Rosen then got a Presidential appointment as U.S. Attorney for D.C. After his strategic service to Rove, as Cincinnati Special Agent in Charge, in shutting down the criminal investigation of Ohio evidence of election rigging, Stanley Borgia was promoted be in charge of security for the Department of Energy and to serve on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Committee.

G. W. Bush--Innocent of the Theft of the Presidency?
I just appended to a diary "In Praise of President G.W. Bush" on Daily Kos an acknowledgment of ABC TV's Scandal bringing to the attention of the American public the view that G.W. Bush was not complicit in the theft of the Presidency orchestrated by Karl Rove.

Before ABC TV's "Scandal:" SCOTUS v. POTUS v. SCOTUS
A key to Scandal's truth-telling mission in regard to THE Scandals of both the 20th and 21st Centuries: the professional assassinations of JFK, MLK and RFK and the professional hacks of the 2000, 2004 and 2010 U.S. elections, is its fictional portrayal of a U.S. Supreme Court Justice as having been involved in: 1) funding the attempted assassination of the President, 2) the conspiracy to rig the Presidential election with a software on electronic voting machines in Defiance, Ohio, 3) suffering to the point of death at the hands of the President. Pretty heavy stuff for prime time, highest-rated television. How is that for "conspiracy theory?"
One can listen on the Internet to President Johnson's conversation with J. Edgar Hoover about not wanting to have a Congressional investigation of the assassination of JFK and wanting Hoover to handle it before a Presidential Commission chaired by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren.
Chief Justice Roberts as a private attorney worked on the prepping of the argument presented to the U.S. Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore. The 2000 Florida election involved a combination of rigged paper ballots and rigged electronic voting machines. Chief Justice Roberts engineered the January 2010 Citizens United decision that unleashed unprecedented levels of funding for the purpose of allowing the Rove, Koch, Chamber combine to take of statehouses and legislative redistricting for the next decade, and attempt to deny President Obama's reelection.
In a few short sentences President Obama decimated the credibility of the partisan Republican majority of the U.S. Supreme Court in his 2010 State of the Union Address. President Obama, a former professor of Constitutional Law, admonished the Chief Justice for reversing one hundred years of sound judicial precedent constraining the use of corporate treasury money to influence candidate elections, in overturning both the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act, signed by President Bush, and Austin v. Michigan Chamber of Commerce, authored by Justice Thurgood Marshall.
Election rigging as the root of fascist ideology of the SCOTUS majority
I just posted "Bursting the SCOTUS bubble" on the general discussion forum.
I refer to the NYT's making fun of Scalia and the Republican majority of the court that decided corporations are just folks like us in "Citizens United."
More importantly, I focus upon Presidential election theft as the basis for that majority, because it put Karl Rove in the driver's seat for selecting justices who would fulfill his promises to the U.S. Chamber that Bush would give business "everything they want."
I hope those of us with a particular interest in election reform will chime in. ABC's "Scandal" is treating election rigging as a matter of fact, although in the fictional way that allows the truth to be freely spoken in a highly censored corporatized world.
