Lancero
Lancero's JournalHarrison's new billboard...
Many in the town, though, believe it's garnering the wrong kind publicity.
The billboard reads "Beautiful Town, Beautiful People, No Wrong Exits, No Bad Neighborhoods." It directs people to a website that indicates the town is nearly 98% white. The site also spotlights area residents like the Ku Klux Klan director Thom Rob.
The new sign is underneath older one that had already grabbed the spotlight; It reads "Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white."

Looks like some group is deciding to double down on hatred.
Transgender Defense: He did it, I didn't
A transgender woman accused of being a serial killer is blaming the 1990 murders of three prostitutes in Washington State on Douglas Perry, the person she identified as before her transition.
Donna Perry, 62, told police in 2012 in an affidavit filed in Spokane Superior Court that she had gender reassignment surgery in Thailand, and when a person transitions from male to female, "there's a great downturn in violence."
She also told police that she intentionally had the operation, which she underwent in 2000, "as a permanent way to control violence."
Perry is being held on $1 million bond in a Spokane County jail and declined to make a court appearance on murder charges this week, according to ABC affiliate KTLY, which first reported the story.

Whelp, some groups are going to have a field day with this persons chosen murder defense.
I think it will be interesting to see how this case goes.

Weed is woo too
"Woo" is generally anything that has not gone through rigorous scientific testing and stringent peer reviewed studies.
Given the federal ban on marijuana, it hasn't gone through rigorous scientific testing and peer review. And while people have reported good results for medical conditions while using marijuana, people have also reported the same on other treatments what people here consider woo.
Boycott this, boycott that...
Boycott anything that is open on Holidays!
Seems to be how most people think.
But none of you have said we should boycott hospitals. They were open on holidays. They are always open on holidays. Think of all the doctors and nurses, forced to stay at at the hospital instead of being home with loved ones.
If your going to cry out "Evil to make people work on holidays!", then don't be a hypocrite. Shame them all equally.
Edit - Since everyone else is going crazy over this, figured I'd throw in some crazy of my own.
Guess what folks? Someone made a game about Sandy Hook!
An uproar of criticism has erupted following the release of a new online video game that allows players to re-enact the Sandy Hook Elementary School Massacre in Newtown, Conn.
Entitled The Slaying Of Sandy Hook Elementary, the game retraces the steps of gunman Adam Lanza, according to CBS Connecticut. It instructs players to Shoot Mother and Get AR15 and clips, before sending the silhouetted gunman into the school to open fire on teachers and first-graders, the Hartford Courant reported.
The game then switches to the school, where glass breaks as Lanza shoots his way into the school. Gamers are then given 10 minutes for Lanza to go into classrooms to shoot students and teachers. After the time is up, Lanza kills himself in the video game as a police arrive notice pops up on the screen, CBS Connecticut reported.
I can see the point that the person was trying to make, but really... How can anyone think a game like this would be a good idea?
