Loathsome, beady-eyed little inchworm Jeff Sessions: "I don't characterize that as sexual assault"

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/senator-jeff-sessions-trump-grabbing-women-not-sexual-assault

“But beyond the language, would you characterize the behavior described in that (video) as sexual assault if that behavior actually took place?” the Weekly Standard asked.

“I don't characterize that as sexual assault,” Sessions replied. ”I think that's a stretch. I don't know what he meant—“

“So if you grab a woman by the genitals, that's not sexual assault?” the Weekly Standard pressed.

“I don't know. It's not clear that he—how that would occur.”

JUST WHEN YOU THINK that Chachi could not be more of a sniveling, clueless toad for Trump...

...there's this. You will find the YouTube video at the link below, but what I've posted here pretty much tells the whole story.

Scott Baio defends Donald Trump's sexist comments: 'Ladies, this is what guys talk about when you're not around'

'If you're offended by it, grow up okay?' Baio tells women

Actor Scott Baio has defended lewd and sexist remarks made by Donald Trump by telling women the comments heard in a leaked recording were just a sample of what men talk about behind closed doors.

Roger Waters floats "Fuck Trump and his wall" pig above crowd at Desert Trip Night 3

"It's rare that someone like me gets a platform like this, and I'm going to use it," declared Roger Waters to thousands gathered in Indio, California, for the final night of Desert Trip's opening weekend on Sunday. He was the last of the six major acts to perform, all of whom date back to the 1960s and the era of rebellion songs. Before the night was over, he made vivid connections between his work with Pink Floyd and the political crises of the moment.

So there was a truck-sized inflatable pig floating above the crowd during the song "Pigs," with a map of the U.S. painted on one side with the words: "Together we stand, divided we fall." On the other side was the face of Donald Trump and the words "ignorant," "lying," "racist," "sexist" and "Fuck Trump and his wall."

Waters was more aggressive in messaging as he weaved politics as an essential element of his performance of Pink Floyd classics. He read a poem of rage and protest called "Why Cannot the Good Prevail" that he wrote on the eve of George W. Bush's second term and expressed ongoing support for Palestinians in the multi-decade conflict with Israel. He brought out a chorus of children in black T-shirts reading in Spanish "Derriba el muro" ("Tear down this wall" during "Another Brick in the Wall (Part 2)."

But the music of Waters did not become overtly political until late in his career, beginning with his final album with Pink Floyd, 1983's The Final Cut. Before that, his concerns were largely with madness and the dehumanizing of the personal. Sunday's set eased into focus with classic Floyd imagery, with a vast moonscape on the stage's super-wide screen, as familiar sound effects from Pink Floyd recordings slowly emerged from the venue's various speaker towers, like something on an old quad stereo from the Sixties or Seventies.

A few terrifying Facebook responses to Hannity's "Who Won The Debate" question

https://www.facebook.com/SeanHannity/posts/10157696973800389

Anna Harrison Miller Trump dominated!!! Sean, the rhetoric used in his past words has been apologized for. We forgive him! I've heard and seen worse from women at bachelorette parties or watching 50 shades of grey!
We as Americans stand strongly behind Mr. Trump!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Eric Hines Trump. Btw can someone please put duck tape over Glenn Beck mouth? He does nothing but help Clinton every time he opens it.

Daniel Niedermeier Trump won hands down. We need a different team on Fox News. Bret Baier and Megyn Kelly have no business representing a conservative Channel. It should be Judge Jeanine and Hannity

Elaine Montesinos Trump all the way!!! she finally had to hear the truth about herself and in full view of her accusers!!!! Good for Trump to bring those poor women Bill abused right in her face!!! and as far as Megan Kelly goes PLEASE someone smother her!!!!!!

Ron Moran The Lord said; He that is without sin cast the first stone. Mr. Trump has apologized and asked for forgiveness. Let's help him put this garbage behind him and move on. I'm not even going to touch on what she has done but you might want to bring up all the awful things that she has said to and about her security detail.

Matalin emerges from hole, calls Machado “Venezuelan tart," sees shadow, 6 more weeks of winter

http://www.rawstory.com/2016/10/longtime-gop-consultant-calls-ex-miss-universe-alicia-machado-a-venezuelan-tart/

After GOP nominee Donald Trump’s “grab them by the p*ssy” moment was revealed on Friday, conservatives are mustering up what’s left of their troops in an effort to keep their party afloat.

Some — like Rudy Giuliani — are unconvinced that Trump bragging about sexual assault is anything that needs to be examined further, and that voters need not consider the comments when heading to the polls in the coming weeks.

This Week panelist Mary Matalin echoed Giuliani and suggested that Trump was simply caught talking about “sex he’s not getting” and noted that there are more important things to consider while voting than the “Venezuelan tart,” as Matalin describes former Miss Universe Alicia Machado.

Giuliani: "We had it all set. We wanted to see if Bill would shake hands with them."

Trump wanted to put Bill Clinton’s accusers in his family box. Debate officials said no.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/10/10/trumps-debate-plan-to-seat-bill-clintons-accusers-in-family-box-was-thwarted/

ST. LOUIS — Donald Trump’s campaign sought to intimidate Hillary Clinton and embarrass her husband by seating women who have accused former president Bill Clinton of sexual abuse in the Trump family’s box at the presidential debate here Sunday night, according to four people involved in the discussions.

The gambit to give Bill Clinton’s accusers prime seats was devised by Trump campaign chief executive Stephen K. Bannon and Jared Kushner, the candidate’s son-in-law, and approved personally by Trump. The four women — three of whom have alleged Bill Clinton sexually assaulted or harassed them years ago — were to walk in the debate hall at the same time as the 42nd president and confront him in front of a national television audience.

“We were going to put the four women in the VIP box,” said former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, who represents Trump in debate negotiations. “We had it all set. We wanted to have them shake hands with Bill, to see if Bill would shake hands with them.”

The four women — Paula Jones, Juanita Broaddrick, Kathleen Willey and Kathy Shelton – sat with other ticketed members of the audience. Bill Clinton long has denied the allegations of Jones, Broaddrick and Willey. Shelton was 12 years old when she accused a 41-year-old man of raping her. Hillary Clinton was selected by a judge to defend the man and he eventually pleaded to a lesser charge.

Ben Stein: Trump must go

Ben Stein: Trump must go

This is a nightmare.

But it’s time for Donald Trump to go back to Trump Tower. Time for Mike Pence to move to the top of the ticket. Time for Marco Rubio, or my favorite, Lindsay Graham, to move to the Veep spot.

I’m not fickle. I have been a conservative in Hollywood for 40 years, and it’s cost me plenty. No matter. Loyalty is sacred to me.

But I am a Republican, and we are supposed to represent a high moral standard. We are the party of Dwight Eisenhower and of Ronald Reagan, whose charisma was based on dignity. We’re the party of George W. Bush, who made terrible mistakes, but whose fundamental decency was never in doubt.

Now comes Donald Trump.

Clinton campaign official confirms she will "address the bombshell Trump tape head-on" tonight

A Clinton campaign official on Saturday said the Democratic nominee plans to address the bombshell Trump tape head-on for the first time from the debate stage — and that the campaign went dark on Saturday in order to capitalize on one of the biggest audiences available with 30 days left of the race, tuned in to hear her response.

But in debate prep sessions in the week leading up to the debate, Clinton aides were urging the Democratic nominee to remain focused on the real people posing questions in the town hall forum, rather than engage in an ugly back and forth with Trump. The goal, they said, should be to show off the caring, connecting, maternal side of Clinton that voters are less familiar with than the steely war horse who endured an 11-hour Benghazi hearing last fall.

But the weekend’s events have upended any expectation of a normal debate. In a video statement released late Friday night, Trump said that “Bill Clinton has actually abused women, and Hillary Clinton has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days.”

On Saturday evening, Trump previewed his nothing-to-lose strategy — he retweeted Juanita Broaddrick, the woman who accused Bill Clinton of raping her in 1978. Bill Clinton has denied the accusation, which Broaddrick made in 1999, in the wake of his affair with Monica Lewinsky.

Angry Trump Declares War On GOP

WASHINGTON ― Donald Trump trained his wrath on the leaders of his own party Sunday, slamming them as “hypocrites” for abandoning him, and predicting they will lose in November.

***

But Trump is not going away, or taking it quietly. In a flurry of tweets and retweets, he hammered Republicans for being offended by the idea of a commander in chief who professed on tape that he likes to grab women “by the pussy.”

So many self-righteous hypocrites. Watch their poll numbers - and elections - go down!

It was that last tweet that essentially served as a declaration of war on GOP leaders, and if there was any doubt, talking points obtained by reporters confirmed Trump’s intent to burn down the house.
