Keith Olbermann: "Bob Mueller just hit the gas"
https://twitter.com/KeithOlbermann/status/932431148889751552
Special Counsel sends wide-ranging request for documents to Justice Department
http://abcnews.go.com/US/special-counsel-sends-wide-ranging-request-documents-justice/story?id=51261366
Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team investigating whether President Donald Trump sought to obstruct a federal inquiry into connections between his presidential campaign and Russian operatives has now directed the Justice Department to turn over a broad array of documents, ABC News has learned.
In particular, Mueller's investigators are keen to obtain emails related to the firing of FBI Director James Comey and the earlier decision of Attorney General Jeff Sessions to recuse himself from the entire matter, according to a source who has not seen the specific request but was told about it.
Issued within the past month, the directive marks the special counsel's first records request to the Justice Department, and it means Mueller is now demanding documents from the department overseeing his investigation.
Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein played key roles in Comey's removal. And Sessions has since faced withering criticism from Trump over his recusal and Rosenstein's subsequent appointment of Mueller.

Oh hell, they neglected to say Roy flashed the six pack and gave them two tickets to the gun show.
Shirtless Roy Moore tried to pick up teens at YMCA and local voters treated it like a joke: report
https://www.rawstory.com/2017/11/shirtless-roy-moore-tried-to-pick-up-teens-at-ymca-and-local-voters-treated-it-like-a-joke-report/
According to the report from the New York Times, many who knew Moore in Gadsden, Alabama were well aware of the then-assistant district attorneys sexual antics.
It was a known fact: Roy Moore liked young girls, recalled retired Gadsden police officer Faye Gary. It was treated like a joke. Thats just the way it was.
While a former lawyer who shared office space with Moore stood up for the candidate, women who were in contact with him during the period remember an older man constantly pursuing younger women on the street, at the mall and at the gym.
Noting that Moore liked to work out at the local YMCA shirtless, Delores Abney, 63, said she recalled Mr. Moore hitting on young women who appeared to be high school on up who were taking part in her exercise class.

BREAKING: Ivanka's Thanksgiving Centerpiece appointed to key Trump cabinet position
No link yet...breaking news
WASHINGTON DC - First Daughter Ivanka Trump found herself, once again, subject to ridicule from the Internet when her "Ivanka HQ" Twitter account posted a photo of a baffling "Thanksgiving Centerpiece," along with the words "Have no idea how to decorate your Thanksgiving table? Problem solved."
Mere hours after the mockery and scorn flooded in from around the world, her father made a surprise announcement: the centerpiece, which he referred to as "Tony," had been appointed to a key Cabinet position, reporting directly to HUD Secretary Ben Carson.
"I look forward to Tony's contributions in furthering the great, major, history-making accomplishments already achieved by Dr. Carson," Trump told reporters. I was impressed by his work on Thanksgiving day. He really held that table together."
Tony the Thanksgiving Centerpiece could not be reached for comment.

Kushner failed to disclose outreach from banker "accused of links to Russian organized crime"
Kushner failed to disclose outreach from Putin ally to Trump campaign
WASHINGTON President Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser, Jared Kushner, failed to disclose what lawmakers called a "Russian backdoor overture and dinner invite" involving a banker who has been accused of links to Russian organized crime, three sources familiar with the matter told NBC News.
An email chain described Aleksander Torshin, a former senator and deputy head of Russia's central bank who is close to Russian President Vladimir Putin, as wanting Trump to attend an event on the sidelines of a National Rifle Association convention in Louisville, Kentucky, in May 2016, the sources said. The email also suggests Torshin was seeking to meet with a high-level Trump campaign official during the convention, and that he may have had a message for Trump from Putin, the sources said.
Kushner rebuffed the request after receiving a lengthy email exchange about it between a West Virginia man and Trump campaign aide Rick Dearborn, the sources said.
Kushner also responded to the email by telling Dearborn and the handful of other Trump campaign officials on the email that they should not accept requests from people who pretend to have contacts with foreign officials to aggrandize themselves, according to one person familiar with the email. Dearborn currently serves as a deputy chief of staff in the White House.
