Ben Carson plays the "B" card, compares Cruz stunt in Iowa to Hillary

Asked by Todd Starnes if he was “satisfied with the way Sen. Cruz has handled himself as Christian” over the incident in Iowa, Carson said, “Well, let me put it this way, it’s not the way that I would have handled it.”

“I would have said if I didn’t agree with what’s being — which he did say that — I would make sure that it didn’t happen again,” Carson continued. “And I would take corrective action. Not to take corrective action is tacitly saying it’s okay, or it’s sort of like, as Hillary Clinton said after Benghazi, ‘what difference does it make.’”

“I’m not saying that it rises to the level up Benghazi, I’m saying it’s the same kind of attitude,” he said, when pressed by Starnes if the controversy rose to the level of Benghazi. “The attitude being, it’s water under the bridge, it’s gone by, let’s not deal with it.”

No sh*t, Sherlock? "HP Employees Aren’t Donating to Carly Fiorina’s Campaign"

http://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/data-mine/articles/2016-02-04/hewlett-packard-employees-arent-donating-to-carly-fiorinas-campaign

If you’re a former CEO running for president, one thing you might hope for is some love from the people at the company you once led.

But Republican candidate and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina isn’t feeling the love – at least in the form of campaign contributions – from the company's current employees.

Fiorina received a paltry $6,449 from just six people listed as currently affiliated with HP, according to FEC filings listing all campaign contributions over $200. One of those donors was Ann Livermore – now a director on the board of Hewlett Packard Enterprise – who donated $2,700, the maximum amount allowed to be given by an individual. Livermore's husband, Thomas Livermore, is also listed in FEC records as an executive and gave $2,700, though it's not clear if he has worked for HP himself.

In total, Fiorina's campaign has raised more than $11.3 million since kicking off on May 4, 2015. That amount doesn't include $25,000 donated to the pro-Fiorina super PAC Carly for America by former HP board member Tom Perkins in May. Perkins, who voted to oust Fiorina as CEO, also gave $2,700 to her campaign in November.

Judge Deals Blow To Bill Cosby In Criminal Case

A Pennsylvania judge on Wednesday rejected entertainer Bill Cosby's request to dismiss the only criminal charge against him and said comments the entertainer once made about an alleged sexual attack can be used by the prosecution in court.

The ruling by Judge Steven O'Neill in the Philadelphia suburb of Montgomery County was a stinging defeat for Cosby's defense to the aggravated indecent assault charge. The case may now go forward, with the next step a preliminary hearing to determine if the prosecution has enough evidence for a trial.

Cosby, 78, was arrested in December on charges he drugged and molested then-Temple University women's basketball assistant Andrea Constand at his suburban Philadelphia home in 2004. It’s the only criminal case to result from claims by roughly 50 women who’ve said they were sexually violated in some form by Cosby in alleged incidents going back to the 1960s.

A previous district attorney said there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute him then. But newly elected Montgomery County DA Kevin Steele followed through on a campaign promise to reexamine Constand’s accusation.
