WASHINGTON DC: White House Chief of Staff John Kelly informed the press this morning that effective immediately, Jared Kushner's role in the Trump administration would be changing.

"Jared has made some outstanding contributions to this administration, and to every freedom-loving American," Kelly told reporters. "But due to the ever-changing nature of our world, as well as the bold, decisive, and innovative leadership of President Trump, we are beginning a new initiative with Jared fully at the helm...Peace In The Midwest."

Kushner will be in charge of restoring unity to Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin. His agenda includes a rigorous schedule of church suppers, yard sales, and open mic nights at local coffee houses.

When asked if Kushner's new assignment reflected the White House's reluctance to grant Kushner with full security clearance, Kelly scoffed at the notion. "Don't be ridiculous. Jared is both secure and clear. So clear that I can see right through him."

President Donald Trump on Tuesday lashed out at a woman who accused him of forcibly kissing her when they met at Trump Tower last decade.

“A woman I don’t know and, to the best of my knowledge, never met, is on the FRONT PAGE of the Fake News Washington Post saying I kissed her (for two minutes yet) in the lobby of Trump Tower 12 years ago,” the president wrote on Twitter Tuesday morning. “Never happened!”

Trump then went on to cast doubt on the notion that he would forcibly kiss a woman at Trump Tower in broad daylight with security cameras taping him.

“Who would do this in a public space with live security cameras running,” he wrote. “Another False Accusation.”

Trump then said that women accusing him of harassment were only out to make money for themselves.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — President Trump hit the golf course on Monday, three days after visiting people affected by the deadly school shooting in nearby Parkland, Fla.

The president arrived at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach shortly after 9 a.m.

Trump avoided golf over the weekend, a decision aides said was out of respect for the 17 people killed in a shooting last week at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School.

But the president returned to the course on Monday to cap off President's Day weekend at his Mar-a-Lago resort. Trump is scheduled to return to Washington in the afternoon.

White House officials did not say whether Trump was playing golf. The president is an avid golfer who typically spends time at his courses on the weekend.

Donald Trump Jr. on Tuesday signaled his approval of a new conspiracy theory that accuses a teenager who survived the massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School of being part of a plot to cover up for the FBI’s failures.

As documented by the “Trump Alert” Twitter bot, Trump Jr. liked a tweet from conservative talk show host Graham Ledger that linked to a Gateway Pundit article attacking Parkland survivor David Hogg, who has been outspoken in his advocacy of stronger gun laws.

Commenting on the article, which attacks Hogg for having a father who is a retired FBI agent, Ledger questioned whether Hogg was being used as a way to take heat off the FBI for failing to follow up on tips it received about school shooter Nikolas Cruz, who murdered 17 people last week in Parkland, Florida.

“Could it be that this student is running cover for his dad who Works as an FBI agent at the Miami field office Which botched tracking down the Man behind the Valentine day massacre?” Ledger asked. “Just wondering. Just connecting some dots.”
