Child of the Corn slithers to Fox & Friends, sobbing about "the greatest witch hunt of all time."

“It’s disheartening, at least for me, to watch the pile-on to him with nonsense Russia investigations,” the younger Trump opined. “There’s nothing there. We’ve said that a million times. Everybody said that. I mean, it is the greatest witch hunt of all time.”

“But then you see the crimes that other people get away with,” he continued. “You look at Loretta Lynch, she hasn’t even been subpoenaed. How has Loretta Lynch not been subpoenaed? Where is she? Where are all these enraged senators?”

“Why has nobody investigated Unranium One? What about the crimes perpetrated by the Clinton Foundation? And the millions given to Saudi Arabia and everything else?” Trump said. “When are people going to start going after that? Aside from the leakers and everything else. It seems like this is a one-way pile on. And I think that’s my father’s frustration. Where is the other side when there are legitimate crimes over there that everybody has proof about?”

“There is nothing there,” he insisted. “But you do have proof that Bill Clinton was on an airplane with Loretta Lynch while they were investigating his wife. What action are you going to take there? It can’t be a one-way street.”

Donald J. Trump?Verified account
@realDonaldTrump

After consultation with my Generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow......

....Transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military. Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming.....

....victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail. Thank you

Intern Killer Joe is really "leaning red" this morning: "Scaramucci is "really stepping up!"

To paraphrase: We're going to have a much smoother White House because if what you need is someone to come in and clean house, then that's what you need.

I can see that his decision to leave the Republican party has really sharpened his focus.

Bret Michaels Still Feels Pretty Good About the Trump Administration

Bret Michaels Still Feels Pretty Good About the Trump Administration

Poison frontman Bret Michaels goes way back with Donald Trump, thanks to his appearances on Celebrity Apprentice — a relationship that convinced him Trump would win the 2016 presidential election.

Although Michaels and Trump haven’t always been on the best terms — Michaels memorably made headlines when he vented his frustrations in front of the cameras after being the first contestant to be fired during the Celebrity Apprentice all-star season that saw the former champ returning as a player instead of a judge — he’s professed nothing but respect for Trump’s business acumen. In a recent interview with Entrepreneur, Michaels pointed to that boardroom experience as the reason he felt confident Trump would end up in the White House.

“No,” Michaels insisted when asked whether he was surprised by the election results. “America is built on capitalism. Trump is all about capitalism and he is patriotic. You have to put money back into the pockets of people to make democracy work. Hopefully, Trump can make America a better place, and I think he can do that if he starts with the entrepreneurial spirit.”

Michaels’ support isn’t news to the singer’s fans. He was one of the few widely recognized artists who agreed to perform in Washington during the days leading up to the presidential inauguration in January, and penned a letter in support of his former TV boss after he was sworn into office. “As I spent time around President Trump’s family during Celebrity Apprentice and many charitable events,” he wrote, “I feel strongly that Mr. Trump and his family are truly patriotic and believes in rebuilding our country in many ways.”

Howard Fineman: McCain a "Republican comfort station on the road to perdition."

But I would rather talk about the McCain at a rowdy Minnesota rally in 2008, when a woman in the crowd told him she feared candidate Barack Obama because he was an Arab and a Muslim.

Obama was neither, McCain said.

“I have to tell you. Sen. Obama is a decent person and a person you don’t have to be scared of as president of the United States,” McCain said.

“He’s a decent family man [and] citizen that I just happen to have disagreements with on fundamental issues, and that’s what this campaign’s all about.”

That McCain was obliterated Tuesday. I now see him for what, sadly, he is: a Republican comfort station on the road to perdition.

Just me and the pygmy pony over by the dental floss bush, and a 56 percent approval rating for Trump

President Donald Trump’s approval ratings have gone down since November when he was elected. His approval rating in 47 states is now lower than the percentage of people that voted for him, according to new data released by Gallup Polling on Monday. Trump lost ground in every state except Montana, Utah and Hawaii.

Montana is a state with one of the highest Trump approval ratings at 56 percent. Hawaii is one of the lowest with only a 35 percent approval rating.

Trump lost the popular vote by around 2 percent and won the electoral vote due to a key 78,000 voters in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan. He’s polling at a 43 percent approval rating for Pennsylvania and Wisconsin at present as well as 42 percent in Michigan. Six months into his presidency, it appears as if the people that opted to give Trump his narrow victory might not vote that way again.

Trump’s approval rating was over 50 percent in 17 states. Six states gave Trump an approval rating over 55 percent: Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Alabama and West Virginia. In 31 states, disapproval of Trump’s performance was higher than his approval rating.

Schumer says Senate Democrats will not block votes on healthcare amendments

Schumer says Senate Democrats will not block votes on healthcare amendments

http://www.rawstory.com/2017/07/schumer-says-senate-democrats-will-not-block-votes-on-healthcare-amendments/

U.S. Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer said Democrats will not block efforts by Republicans to vote on Tuesday night on amendments to a bill to repeal and replace Obamacare.

“We’ll have to see what they propose, but we don’t mind having a few votes tonight,” Schumer told reporters after the Senate voted with no Democratic support to open debate on healthcare reform.
