LexVegas's JournalThe D-List Right-Wingers Who've Turned Gamergate Into Their Loser Army
Gamergate is substantively about nothing; ask a hundred of its angry, anonymous backers what it's fighting for, and you'll get a hundred different, zany answers. But a few internet opportunists are using the chaos to make themselves celebrities.

How bad could it be to arm and train people in the Middle East to help fight our current enemies?
That hasn't turned out bad before, that I know of.
Pentagon to deploy 12 A-10s to Middle East
http://thehill.com/policy/defense/218510-pentagon-to-deploy-12-a-10s-to-middle-east#.VCBsLwBlGNY.facebookThe six-month deployment from the 122nd Fighter Wing is not specifically part of President Obamas fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, but the airmen and jets could provide air support to troops battling ISIS on the ground.
Why you should never tell women to smile

http://jezebel.com/things-i-learned-from-womenagainstfeminism-1609067794?utm_campaign=socialflow_jezebel_facebook&utm_source=jezebel_facebook&utm_medium=socialflowBack when I was a cute li'l co-ed cardigan buttoned up to the neck and ponytail a-flippin' I signed up for an introductory woman's studies course at my university. It was a good class, but I couldn't help but notice how the more I learned from it, the more radical and frightening things started to get.
Of course, it started small. It always does a quick braless errand to the convenience store across the street to my house, the occasional quoting of bell hooks but it grew, OH, HOW IT GREW! Soon, learning about feminism and women's lib had poisoned my mind to the point was calling myself a feminist, questioning the patriarchy and actually valuing the work of women of women who came before me and fought hard so that I could experience some semblance of equality. I suddenly had the audacity to question the current social and political system and ask how if at all it served women.
Obama on Alito during his confirmation.
"But when you look at his record - when it comes to his understanding of the Constitution, I have found that in almost every case, he consistently sides on behalf of the powerful against the powerless; on behalf of a strong government or corporation against upholding American's individual rights.
If there is a case involving an employer and an employee and the Supreme Court has not given clear direction, he'll rule in favor of the employer. If there's a claim between prosecutors and defendants, if the Supreme Court has not provided a clear rule of decision, then he'll rule in favor of the state. He's rejected countless claims of employer discrimination, even refusing to give some plaintiffs a hearing for their case. He's refused to hold corporations accountable numerous times for dumping toxic chemicals into water supplies, even against the decisions of the EPA. He's overturned a jury verdict that found a company liable for being a monopoly when it had over 90% of the market share at the time.
It's not just his decisions in these individual cases that give me pause - it's that decisions like these are the rule for Samuel Alito, not the exception."
Sound like he was right about this asshole.
Does murdering innocent civilians with drones help terrorists?
Is it better or worse than whatever Snowden did to help terrorists?
