I was disappointed to read today that if Bernie does not win, he says he...
...will not endorse Hillary unless she gets on board with with certain parts of HIS beliefs and platform.
This makes him seem more like a third party candidate and not a true democrat if he refuses to endorse the winner unless he gets his way. Please don't let us go back to the days of Ross Perot and Ralph Nader and end up with a Trump or Cruz presidency.
That is just my take on his comment.
I early voted in the Georgia primary today.
After much thought, I came to the decision that Bernie was not electable so I voted for Hillary.
I did have to ask myself, was I voting for her because, while I like Bernie, was it because of how nasty and obnoxious Bernie's supporters are on DU.
After much thought, it still boiled down to I just don't feel he has a chance against the GOP machine and will not be able to capture the nomination.
I hope my Hillary friends are not like some of Bernie supporters who say they will NOT vote for the nominee unless it is Bernie.
I will vote for whoever the nominee is.
I recently saw a good list of socialist accomplishments ...
...but I can't find it. Some examples were our interstate highway system, medicare, SS, etc. I would like to get the complete list for my friends who don't understand the meaning. Thanks.
