I am thinking he is not. They cancelled the press conference after having driven the pool to WR. may be that more trumpers will take that virus seriously and start wearing masks. They have been told for months it was like the flu or even an hoax. Now that their cult leader and entourage have it they may see it . I am not holding high hopes.

When COVID-19 symptoms progress from mild to moderate, you’ll know because one or more of the following may occur:

Your fever will be above 100.4 F
You’ll develop a more persistent cough
You’ll experience temporary shortness of breath when you exert yourself – going up the stairs for instance
You’ll feel like you need to stay in bed

So Trump was reported to have cough and Fever he is at that stage.

It can progress to:

Moderate symptoms can progress into severe symptoms suddenly, especially in people who are older or who have chronic medical conditions like heart disease, diabetes, cancer or chronic respiratory problems. There have even been reports of people with mild to moderate symptoms feeling better and then suddenly getting worse and requiring hospitalization.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says if you begin to show severe symptoms of COVID-19 – or what they call emergency warning signs – you should go to the emergency room or call 911 immediately.

Interestingly enough he was reported to be lethargic and that he fell asleep on AF1 which was unusual for him.

I got tested for COVID last friday.

I had a bad cough and other symptoms that could have been COVID. my doc suggested I get tested.

It came out negative yesterday. It was the traditional test with the probe up your nose (its not that bad by the way) and took 3 business days for results to come back.

I am in Virginia and all it took was one phone call to an urgent care place (Velocity ) to book an appointment. My insurance paid all of it. Without insurance its only $153.00. As of today they now offer the 15 minute test without restrictions. Symptons or not.
