There must be some juicy stuff. Even if by some miracle (or because the GOP is in cohoot with trump) he does not get impeached, he is going to get hit with zillions of lawsuits when he steps out of the white house with no immunity anymore. He will end his life ruined and possibly in jail.

Adam Schiff is so smart.

He is the first to point out on Lawrence how damming this tape is in the context of campaign violations. He put the whole content of the tape in context. In the first part they talk about burying stuff related to his divorce with Ivana, TV, they talk about poll numbers , etc... right before discussing setting up a shell company to hide a payment related to McDougal.

I wonder if Ocasio-Cortez is trying to pull a Bernie

So, Bernie Sanders came out of nowhere and captured the vote of many millenials and independents in 2016 during the primaries. He did not win. In the process he burned a lot of bridges and alienated many democrats. I think he would be hard pressed to do any better in 2020. I wonder if Ocasio-Cortez is trying to ride the same wave for 2020. She is young and apparently is appealing to the same cross-section of voters that Bernie did. Maybe she is Bernie 2.0 ?

Bringing kids in the dead of the night to a foster care agency in nyc.

More than 350 migrant kids — as young as 9 months old — have been sent to a single Harlem foster care provider since the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy on separating children from parents at the border began, Mayor Bill de Blasio said Wednesday.

I wonder how much money is going to change hands in terms of adoption fees and have these kids snatched from their parents.

Also, it gives us an insight into the conditions in the detention centers :

The youngsters arrive riddled with lice, bed bugs and chicken pox from the immigration detention facilities they were held in before being bused to the Big Apple, and are also suffering trauma from the separation, de Blasio says the workers there told him.

This Is happening in America in 2018.

The only positive I see if I look really hard is that they are in nyc and mayor de blasio might be able to help them.
