Obama Speech in Wisconsin

I received my mail-in ballot today...
The ballot was glued to the envelope. When I - very carefully - tried to remove the ballot, it ripped in parts. I'm wondering if that will dis-qualify my ballot. I also wonder if I attempt to have it replaced, if I'll be able to get it replace.
Have any of you experienced this type of thing? If so, were you able to have it replaced.
I want my vote for Andrew Gillum to count in this election.
