“Call me crazy but, I’d say that this election was being ripped right out from under us"

Brian Lis of Los Angeles, a Bernie Sanders activist, argued that in L.A. County it seems to him that it actually was rigged. He said that reports that came in from the election from voters, poll inspectors and poll workers showed four consistent trends in L.A. County’s primary election, including voters forcibly switched to a “Vote-by-Mail” status, but never receiving ballots, machines that either miscounted ballots or “errored out on certain candidates,” young voters given provisional ballots, and older voters’ party affiliations forcibly changed.

“You can go through the testimonies yourself: bit.ly/1UPXrMQ,” Lis writes, “Call me crazy but, I’d say that this election was being ripped right out from under us — stolen, by those in power who have a lot to lose by letting regular Americans speak their minds.”

Bernie has officially overtaken Hillary in Berkeley and Oakland

According to the Green Papers Bernie has just barely overtaken Hillary in California's 13th congressional district, which includes the cities of Berkeley and Oakland primary. Also this is a very strongly democratic district. In the 2014 elections, it went democratic by a 89-11% margin.

I would have voted for Hillary Clinton three months ago. I believed that our elections are just...

I would have voted for Hillary Clinton three months ago. I believed that our elections are just, verifiable, and democratic—but then discovered how easy it is to hack a voting machine without a trace. I told myself that previous elections hadn’t necessarily been rigged—but then found evidence proving me wrong. I convinced myself that it didn’t mean this Democratic nomination was rigged — until I uncovered the truth.

I am an ardent skeptic turned fervent believer.

Over the course of this article, I will demonstrate that electoral fraud was committed favoring Hillary Clinton with a plethora of sources: exit poll data, statistics, mainstream and independent media articles, expert quotes and analysis, videos, anecdotes, and so forth. All of these sources can be accessed through clickable hyperlinks (the underlined text)....

When the exit polls are way off, either the polls are wrong, electoral fraud was committed, or both.

As Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. mentioned, research shows that exit polls are almost always spot on. When one or two are incorrect, they could be statistical anomalies, but the more incorrect they are, the more it substantiates electoral fraud.

THIS is why I believe that more provisional ballots should go to Bernie

I have read so many comments about Bernie supporters having registration changed, given provisional ballots inappropriately that it seems like Bernie voters were targeted.

I have yet to read of any Hillary voters that were disinfranchised.

These are just an example

I and several people I know all followed the rules and registered correctly in a timely manner only to find on the day that we had been switched to permanent vote by mail. Except surprise! None of us were mailed ballots, so at the polls we were forced to use provisional ballots.

Speaking with the poll worker, this was apparently already a common occurrence at my polling station at 9am! After reading reports online I found this happened all over the state and in seemingly large numbers.

Believe me, we knew what to do. But through either malfeasance or incompetence our votes were suppressed, hopefully for only the time being, but it looks like there's already been many that were tossed out.

powP0Wpow
The thing is Clinton supporters just don't believe that suppression happened because big surprise it didn't happened to them. Where for Bernie supporters it either happened to them personally or they know someone it happened to.

This apathy from Clinton supporters is another reason that affected Sander supports feel no obligation to unify because they feel betrayed. And further blaming the whole shebang on "laziness" is just being disingenuous.

Adding to the fact Clinton has been caught lying numerous times about her political actions, its easy to see that Sander supporters feel they are the victims of her political power and that she has herself suppressed votes and voter turnout. Thinking about Mass, AZ, NV, and now CA, yeah its really too many times for one primary season. How many times is reasonable? None.

----------

My fiance got a number to call with her provisional ballot, in the words of the poll person "call in a week or so, put in that number, and see if your vote got counted."

Edit: for anyone confused, she registered way ahead of time, as no party. They mailed her a ballot without presidential primary candidates (without her registering as VBM). She surrendered the mail ballot at the polling place and asked for the dem crossover. It said on the wall non party will be eligible to receive 3 different party ballots this year, and would be able to request only one of those ballots. She requested a dem ballot 3 separate times and received a ballot that said provisional, which she put in an envelope labeled provisional. I'm wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have their shit together at the polling place as this is the same church I voted at during prop 8, which had a yes on prop 8 poster on the door to the polling place.

Already 1 million ballots have been declared invalid in California, 2.5 million still uncounted

According to the California Secretary of State Alex Padilla himself, as of Thursday afternoon, more than 6 million ballots have already been counted, and it is estimated that the number will climb to 8.5 million From the LA Times article:

More than 2.5 million ballots were left uncounted on election day across California, a process that could take several days or longer and leave close races in limbo.

Secretary of State Alex Padilla posted a report late Thursday on unprocessed ballots. Most of that total -- about 1.8 million -- were mailed to voters but returned only on Tuesday.

Six million ballots have already been counted from the statewide primary. The uncounted tally would push total voter turnout to about 8.5 million, or around 47% of all registered voters.

Los Angeles County had more unprocessed ballots than anywhere, about 616,000. San Diego County reported 285,000 uncounted ballots.

A portion of the unprocessed total are provisional ballots -- designated for voters whose registration status can't be immediately verified on election day. If a provisional ballot is later found to have been cast mistakenly, it may not be counted.

But at the same time at 7:31 PM on Thursday, there were 1,703,000 Republican valid votes and 3.550,000 Democratic valid votes which makes a total of 5.2 million recorded valid votes.

But if more than 6M ballots had been already processed at that time and only 5.2M valid votes recorded, that means that more or less 1 million ballots must have been declared invalid. Don't forget that sentence in the article:

"If a provisional ballot is later found to have been cast mistakenly, it may not be counted."

Hey wake up all! 1 million votes (probably for Bernie) have already been thrown into the trashcan!

And this continues as we speak! As I mentioned in a comment in this post, I have noticed that the number of uncounted ballots is continuing to decrease steadily but the total of the counted ballots only increases very little. Just by looking at the numbers from time to time, I am estimating that the number of counted ballots increases at a third of the rate of the decrease of uncounted ballots.

This is continuing with the 2.5 million still uncounted ballots!

To verify how much votes are being stolen, let us measure it in a very simple way: let's take the official counted ballot number as being published and time-stamped "reporting as of June 9, 2016, 4:49 p.m":
- Bernie = 1,528,853
- Clinton = 1,977,908
- sum of other candidates = 32,650

Let us also keep the official number of the unprocessed ballot report as being published and time-stamped "Updated: 06/09/2016 5:16 p.m."
Unprocessed ballots = 2,586,331

The measures are not too far apart in time. Please note that the 2.5M uncounted ballots number mentioned by Secretary Padilla matches perfectly the number in the official report that is time-stamped just before Secretary Padilla's speech. We can then be pretty sure that the other numbers he mentioned are also correct. I will go and get the numbers on a regular basis and post them here. Thus, we will be able to compare these measures each day for the next days and we will see how many votes were stolen from Bernie.

California's record registration fails to result in record turnout

Votes for Hillary are down from 2006

Hillary Clinton’s base of support appears to have hit its high watermark eight years ago.

Hillary Clinton Eau Claire yawnThe election results from the California and New Jersey primaries are just the latest examples of the contraction of enthusiasm her campaign seems to be experiencing.

With 94.4% of precincts reporting, Clinton won 1,841,285 votes in California on Tuesday, compared to Bernie Sanders’s 1,416,742, Politico reports.

That’s nearly a 30% drop in total support from 2008, when she received 2,608,184 votes, or 51.47%. (Barack Obama got 2,186,662 votes or 43.16%.)

The results weren’t much better in New Jersey. While Clinton won the state — as she did in 2008 — she saw a decline in support there, too.

On Tuesday, Clinton received 542,656 votes, or 63.35% of the ballots cast compared to Sanders’s 315,194 votes, according to the Politico totals.

That’s a 13% decline in support from her 2008 turnout, when she received 613,500 votes — or 53.76% of the total votes, compared to 501,374 ballots cast for Obama.

I find this to be very suspicious and do not buy the regular excuses we have all already heard.

Isn't it possible that someone used the fractional voting software feature which allowed them to set Bernie's votes to say 65% of the actual total?

"fractional vote feature is embedded in each GEMS application which can be used to invisibly, yet radically, alter election outcomes by pre-setting desired vote percentages to redistribute votes."

http://www.democraticunderground.com/12512017617

I am sure I will be called a conspiracy theorist but I would ask those people to kindly explain why the fractional voting feature is included in the voting software at all?
