Dr Esselstyn, cardiologist from the Cleveland Clinic has documented proof that a whole food plant low fat diet reverses coronary plaque.
He has shown Coronary Angiograms with reversal of plaque.. It's amazing to see the before and after pic's... Many people have benefited from this way of eating...
Just to start taking one day of the week as a no cholesterol day... easy peasy..

The companies that make masks are gonna make a killing!!

Just like when the HIV crisis started you could not find gloves anywhere. The Hospital I worked at were going nuts trying to source gloves..
A couple of us were joking we should buy one of those glove making machines but we never did it. I wonder where I can buy a mask making machine..?

On another thought ,how much do you want to bet the orange shitstain is going to blame the out break in the immigrants coming into our country, claim a national emergency and close the borders... Oh yeah, get more money for the wall...
As the political saying goes.. "Don't let a crisis go to waste"... Some quote Churchill some say Machiavelli but it works..
Worked for Cheney to get the war with Iraq going with no proof... It also got Bush reelected b/c he was a "war" prez...... uffda

Ok I'm an admitted NPR junky and there is this fascinating program called "Hidden Brain" A science y podcast about how we think and act..
The one today was about how we view politics... To most it's just a hobby... To some it's about aquiring power to effect change... Where do your passions lie... Is politics just another form of sports viewing??? Give a listen and it might open your eyes like it did mine.
