Voting, a suggestion to Bernie
The problem is SECRECY, secret TPP, secret NSA spying, the secret ballot etc. I'm not afraid of anyone knowing how I voted, I'll scream it to the world.
They control us thru the secret ballot and secret software on the voting machines. When we finally decide that our votes can be shared with all Americans, then we take back the power.
We can set-up public, computerized, registered voting lists by Precinct, county and/or state and when we finish voting we log on and enter our choices beside our names. We can check daily to see if anyone flipped our vote. We also then control the software and our tallies must match the privatized machines or we take to the streets.
Request a copy of your ballot or take out your phone camera and make your own copy of the paper or computer screen. We can document our vote, we don't need anyone's permission.
This is simple stuff and will be more accurate than even exit polling where people drop their secrecy and report how they voted. This is our back-up system and we don't need legal verdicts for the American people to insure and protect their votes.
"We The People" can make it a right without even a constitutional amendment.
The High Frequency Trading tax (HFT)
this should be the precursor for the future.
When robots and working computers are doing the work of people, they should be paid at least minimum wage. These wages should be paid to us, the government and be used for a annual living income, not defined as unemployment. Then we can employ ourselves in labors of love and not slaves to the corporatists.
When corporations are defined as people, computers and robots must be people too.
When Artificial Intelligence (AI) is inCORPORATED into computers and robots, their wages must be increased accordingly. Also with AI the computer and robot laborers should be able to unionize.
Bernie's Bill may have started a revolution for the people's future happiness.
Divide and Conquer
I noticed on Jeffhead's thread, providing a video of a Bernie's floor speech, that he specifically tied Bill Clinton to disastrous FTAS.
IMO a significant part of Hillary's name recognition is from President Bill Clinton. There seems to be an opening, like Bernie did, to criticize Bill and force Hillary to support her husband's actions or divorce herself from Bill's harmful signed laws.
Either way she will have to take a public stance or watch the Clinton name be associated with damaging legislation that people can now understand, years later.
This is already happening with NAFTA where she is flipping all over the place.
The financial realm with Bill Clinton should also be pursed.
Switching Hillary voters to Bernie should be a focus, just like Cleita's thread
Turn a negative around
If you want to energize the Baby Boomers, just tell them they are too old to participate in society anymore.
It's time to quietly go to the nursing homes and play bingo until you pass on.
We might see millions volunteer for Bernie's campaign.
Attack this age issue straight on and let's see if an "ELDERS BRIGADE" doesn't emerge
The focus
Since the Sanders Group is all about the election of Bernie, why not concentrate on the Populist down ticket races here.
Senate, House, Governor, Mayor, etc all these need Populist attention, organizing and support.
Grass Roots could easily intertwine on all races up to the President.
The bridge beyond TPP
This trade deal actually rewrites the Constitution. No need to go thru the amendment procedure, just pass this bill and US laws are irrelevant.
The procedural changes we are following to go state by state with "Vote to Amend" are magically enacted in a single trade deal.
The corporatists have ALEC writing their legislation, where is our group that develops legislation for "The People."
It's easy to ignore EW or Sanders Bills when they don't come with a million plus USA citizens co-sponsoring them. Let's start funneling bills we write, without the wiggly legalize, thru our people politicians with the signed backing of a broad spectrum of Populists.
We want to take back our government, step beyond petitions and write mega-endorsed Populist bills at all levels of government.
Once we see real People Politicians representing us, we will support them.
Maybe this could help unite the "The Populist Movement".
TPP Expanded
Maybe the time has come to create a People's Tribunal. Why should only the investor's have this profitable luxury?
We can focus on the American and Multinational Corporate Mafias and use something like the RICO Act as our guideline for award judgements.
If any corporation has been convicted of a crime or not and lose in our 3-member specially appointed judicial panel, we confiscate assets. The value will be determined by the damage that was inflicted on "We The People."
This will provide a 2-way street (Democracy) and maybe will offset or even surpass the investor tribunals earnings.
This may equalize both of the tribunals awards and result in a admirable balanced Tribunal budget. Otherwise it will be completely unbalanced in favor of investors and the people will suffer.
Could this even be an Amendment to the TPP?
