For the past couple of days, we've noticed our old pal not eating.
He's been getting less responsive and today when I came home from work, we found him laying limp, slowly breathing and very unresponsive.
I hate myself right now for attempting to give him a bath in order for him to snap out of it, because now he's wet, and if you've owned a rabbit, you know it's a chore to dry that coat.
He laid in the water of the bathtub. Limp as ever. I had to keep his head above the water that poured off of him.
So now we're outside together in the sunlight, he's laying in a towel. And I'm sticking by him while he goes.
Gin Gin has lived a good 8 or so years now. So fellow pet thread posters, would you join me in seeing him off?
Goodnight Gin Gin. We love you.
UPDATE: He's passed. I never left his side while he went through the process. I buried him with tears and said a few words. I'm certain, another rabbit is being born at this moment, and I hope it will enjoy life as Gin Gin did.
That's all I can say at this moment.
And this is how we know he's not down and out.
Bernie is doing better against Hillary than Ted Cruz is against Trump, yet the media is still clamoring for how Cruz can work things to win against Trump.
But even though Bernie is doing better than Cruz, the media is convinced that Bernie should drop out.
Theres really no secret that the powers that be desire a certain outcome here.
That if we elect Hillary, we are supporting keeping the school to prison pipeline up and running by continuing to allow marijuana to stay illegal. This will in turn continue to oppress many innocent people of all demographics, but disproportionately youth of color.
This has been a friendly message from an educated voter.
This is an update to the following story: http://www.democraticunderground.com/10027713100
Rose was in a coma for 2 weeks or so before coming into consciousness.
She was kept on a feeding tube for a few days and has been rehabilitated.
According to my family she hasn't suffered any mental damage and seems to be fine.
But I'm just glad that her light didn't go out and the world gets to keep her.
Just thought I'd let everyone know that was previously concerned.
Thanks for your support.
I've long considered myself a deist with Christian roots. I don't believe the bible is really the word of God, but rather a collection of some good moral codes to live by. I do believe in a deity that had at one point created matter and existence. I don't believe that churches are anything more than manmade temples for man made purposes. I do believe that "love one another" is the most important 3 words to live by. It seems all encompassing to me.
I wanted to pass my belief by you guys and see what you thought of it.
The reason behind my belief in creationism is founded in science. It's simply rooted in the paradoxical predicament created by the law of the Conservation of Mass. To quote the line specifically, "Mass can neither be created nor destroyed although it may be rearranged in space, or the entities associated with it may be changed in form."
But we live in an realm of beginnings and ends. And we all unanimously agree that there was in fact a beginning. This alone suggests that mass/energy was "created" at some point in time. By laws of nature, it couldn't have always been there so the only way to cause a creation of mass and literally break the natural laws of physics is to introduce something supernatural in order to do it.
That supernatural entity, whatever it is, would be considered a god or the deity.
So what do you think?
Believe me fellow Bernie supporters they DO MATTER. So if you don't mind helping me with this thread here, I'd like to hear from those supporters why they don't matter. Really wanna hear a legitimate answer.
Tell me why. I'd really like to know why a candidate that is as non transparent as possible doesn't raise an eyebrow for her supporters.
white noise machines too, I wanna know why those aren't a concern.
Thanks in advance.
Here's a picture of them drying righht now. I haven't assembled yet, but that will happen soon...
I've got a bag full of old video game controllers that I want to refurbish and sell as custom colored accessories, any tips on spray painting plastics?
HERE'S A PHOTO.
They're in the drying phase, but I'm happy with it! And don't worry about the unclean lines, I wanted a spray effect on the colorful controller.
